Terrible experience

I have never taken the time to write a negative review before, but this experience has gone far beyond all acceptable limits.
We held our wedding at this hotel, yet none of the assigned contacts were present, despite it being clearly communicated that the young man we exchanged emails with and also consulted with in person would be there on the day. His absence caused serious confusion and disappointment.
The staff demonstrated below-average professionalism, and not even a simple smile could be expected from them throughout the event. Their attitude was cold and unhelpful.
No one offered to package the remaining main course, which was a traditional wedding platter. This behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. The entire situation was extremely embarrassing for us, and we felt ashamed in front of our family and wedding guests.
I would strongly advise against hosting any larger-scale event at this venue.

Below Expectations for a Wedding Reception

Regarding the catering and service provided at our wedding on February 7, 2026, we unfortunately experienced several points of disappointment. From the very beginning of the preparations, we missed basic attentiveness and an organized presence, as well as the lack of a clearly designated and familiar point of contact on site.
The service management was unclear, which led to several uncomfortable situations during dinner and drink service. We were especially sorry to see that elderly guests did not receive the level of care and attention that would be expected at such an event.
Several elements that had been agreed upon in advance were not delivered (such as menu cards, welcome desserts, and the post-ceremony toast). The quality and temperature of the dinner also fell short of expectations for a wedding reception.
Additionally, the option to pack leftover food was not offered, which further added to our sense of disappointment. Overall, we felt that the level of service did not reflect either the importance of the occasion or the amount paid.
We sincerely regret that we left such an important day with these experiences.

Simple but clean hotel

A nice simple hotel with some invisible staff. When you meet them, they're nice.
I have stayed 4 nights, and it has worked perfectly. I don't care so much how far it is to the center, just wanted somewhere to sleep.
The hotel is very simple, but clean. However, I did not get cleaned any of the days. Breakfast is very basic, no hot breakfast. Quite ok beds, clean and nice bathroom.
I missed the minibar. If you say there is, there should be.

Disastrous

Disastrous. All . From the cleanliness, the rooms, the location, the staff to the food and cooking. They are liars and scammers, do not book here, it is better to book in a slightly more expensive hotel but do not make this mistake.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed!

I have never seen such a bad hotel so far. When you open the entrance door of the hotel you come across with a heavy smell. The rooms and the forniture is very old and the rooms smell terrible as well. The beds are so old that you will definately have backache after your stay. On the other hand one of the staff was very rude. I will never stay again in this hotel. And I will never recommend it!!!
