Eased a stressful situation

We had one night at the Moxy before we flew home the next day. The original room didn’t fit our family but Lucas and Rose helped us right away and let us change rooms without any stress. We were so appreciative of that after a long day of travel. It could have been a disaster but they made it easy and allowed us to move on to dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious. They also found out it was my son’s birthday and put a few balloons and snacks in the room to surprise us when we came back. Above and beyond! Great customer service, highly recommend working with them. Thank you guys

Warm welcome at the Moxy

Leandro met us at reception.
He was very warm friendly and funny and made us feel most welcome.
Cleanliness is exceptional with a great view and bright and airy rooms.
Staff are extremely attentive and it's centrally located.
I would highly recommend a staff at the Moxy

Very happy!!!

the check in was really great and easy, Leandro was very kind told us everything we needed to know and gave good suggestions of what to do/see. He told us about all the things we could book through moxy and even gave us the option for a room with 2 singles instead of 1 bed!! all in all very happy with the service!

A brilliant welcome from Ros at Moxy Dublin Docklands.
Ros checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome, even kindly offering us a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. She was friendly, informative and made sure we had everything we needed, while keeping the whole check-in process really quick and easy.

Ros, star of the Moxy

Having arrived at the Moxy tired from a day of travel, I was greeted by the most wonderfully smiling Ros on reception. As first impressions go, this was a jet pack booster that set the tone for my stay. If I'm allowed, I'm putting her in my suitcase and taking her instead of the usual shower gels!
The whole hotel was clean and welcoming and if I have chance again, I'll definitely be staying at the Moxy Docklands
