Experience with Sterling Gir

Nice food and excellent services by all staff. Manavi, in restaurant, such a nice daughter to expressed her attitude with customers. We appreciate staff services.

Not good compared to other Sterling Resorts

Our recent stay at Sterling Gir was disappointing and, unfortunately, did not match the standards generally associated with other Sterling properties such as Sterling Ooty Elk Hill and Sterling Mount Abu. The overall experience lacked the comfort, polish, and hospitality usually expected from the Sterling brand. The administration appeared poorly managed, and attention to guest experience was missing in several areas. Room No. 303 had a non-functional AC, and basic room accessories were not adequately stocked. Even the welcome drink was served only after being requested, which was disappointing. The restaurant operations seemed to be managed almost entirely by Mr. Rajesh, who was making sincere efforts, but the food lacked variety. At the front office, Saloni Ma’am appeared inexperienced, while Mr. Pradeep Chandra was trying his best to provide some comfort and support to guests despite the limitations. Overall, this property cannot be compared with other Sterling resorts, and such a level of service was unexpected from a brand like Sterling.

Awesome Place of a Gir

awesome Place to visit, while visiting Gujarat, sterling gir is a stop where you should spend a quality time with your loved ones, especially Miss Manvi, Mr Suraj and Mr Moin are very good, hospitatlity is best in class. Thanks for making our visit one of the best memories.
