Basic hotel

This hotel has basic facility like small room, clean bathroom but thinking too big is not for this place. Food in the city is good. Room service is prompt. Pillow were new and tv was working fine. Location wise it is decent

No frill hotel which could improve with some better housekeeping

Basic hotel near bus stand, which has good size rooms, ac and non-ac, LCD TV with fair number of channels, average cleanliness and helpful staff. No great food but simple basic needs met well. Linen and amenities provided were not great but was given replacement which were neat and crisp. Housekeeping and general upkeep needs betterment. Actually the usual users also are to be blamed as they leave the place messy and upkeep is not as great as it is a low cost place. The place has a scope to do better. My stay was particularly comfortable because the staff, particularly Mr Shazid, was very helpful and supportive. I reached here when all facilities in the city were booked due to a big conference and room rents were like crazy. They did try to make my stay pleasant. Gave me an early check-in without fuss.

Poorly maintained hotel

The only thing that goes for this one is its 24 hour check-in and check-out time. Bed linen was torn, AC's fins were broken (though it did the job of cooling), wash room's door not closing properly, very small washroom with thoughtless arrangements of things. Tariff is high compared to the facilities and service.
