Best value for money

I had a really good stay at The Residency Tower in Trivandrum. The location is perfect—right in the city center, super close to everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the experience even better.
Rooms were spacious, neat, and comfy. I loved the rooftop restaurant (great food and nice city views!) and the pool was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of options and kept me full until lunch.
On the flip side, some of the interiors feel a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi setup could be easier. Service at the restaurant was a little slow at times, but nothing major.
Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great service and value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Trivandrum.

3 Star Hotel at the Price of 5 Star

It’s an old hotel but certain rooms are renovated. Room given was large and good. Washroom was very compact, Could have been much better. Shower - No hot water in the morning and also shower cabin was open and water was flowing outside making it totally wet.
While I didn’t have breakfast didn’t want to comment about it. With what I saw and had experience with the staff it’s more of a 3-Star property and was not worth for the cost I paid I similar to a 5 Star hotel.

Checked in for 5 hrs before getting on a long flight. I made a reservation for myself, my 18 year old son and my 14 year old son. When making the reservation, I forgot to add 1 child to the reservation. When checking in, we were asked to pay 1000+rupees for an additional guest. I explained that we were only staying for a few hours and were not going to need any additional services. They had to check with management, etc, made us wait and unnecessarily argue before finally agreeing to give us the room without additional cost. Five hours later when checking out, I stopped at the front desk to turn in the room key and was again asked to wait for several minutes to get clearance from housekeeping before I could leave. I’ve never had to do that as part of checkout from any hotel anywhere. I will never return to this establishment again.
The room was nice enough and relatively clean, a bit in the small side but no complaints there.

Very comfortable stay. Nice, helpful staff

It's well located, rather busy but well managed property. I contacted staff earlier. They were polite & helpful.
Our flight reached quite late , around 9.40pm.. Just in time to hv Dinner. Meanwhile, the reception staff has kindly upgraded the room. Of special help was the ref the Cab Co, Mr Sreejesh, 83040 04000. Cherry Trvls. Both drivers were good. Rates reasonable.

Kerala cuisine was good for dinner, just about 15 minutes' drive from Airport. Monsoon Rains made the weather lovable. all in all it was a very comfortable stay.
