Weekend at the beach

Very modern facility located in a building that surrounds Piazza Pertini. Welcoming, extremely clean, with a white color like the limestone of Mount Conero. The room is minimally furnished, with a minibar and a coffee machine with everything needed for a tasting. The bathroom is assigned to the room but is outside of it. We had breakfast at the bar bistro Il Casereccio (breakfast is included in the price). The owner makes a very good rosemary focaccia. I recommend it to everyone.

Very helpful staff. Clean and close to the University, faculty of business campus. I chose the Breakfast coffee & Croissant in a bar very close.

Wonderful structure!

We had a really good time, new structure, beautiful, well cared for and clean, very central, nice and super friendly owners, convenient location for everything, breakfast in the room or down in the square, in short, more you can not have!

Ci impegniamo molto per offrire un ambiente moderno e confortevole nel pieno centro di Ancona, proprio per garantire una posizione comoda per raggiungere ogni punto della città.
Siamo felici che abbia gradito la possibilità di scegliere tra la colazione in camera e quella nella suggestiva cornice della piazza, un dettaglio a cui teniamo molto per offrire la massima libertà ai nostri ospiti.

Ci fa molto piacere sapere che ha trovato la camera e il bagno puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. È stato un onore ospitarla in occasione delle gare di atletica leggera indoor e ci teniamo a farle ancora i complimenti per gli splendidi risultati ottenuti in pista al Palaindoor!
Sapere che La Piazza è stata una base logistica ideale per il suo riposo pre-gara nel centro di Ancona ci rende molto orgogliosi. Speriamo di riaverla presto come nostra ospite per i suoi prossimi traguardi sportivi o per una visita alla città.
