Beautiful apartment in the center of Cagliari

We stayed at the Marcus Suite apartment for one night on our way to a resort in Pula. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The apartment is conveniently located near the Cagliari train and bus stations and the airport is just a 7 minute train ride away (€1.30). The main street with its many restaurants and bars serving traditional Italian cuisine is also nearby.
The room was elegant and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was exquisite, featuring chromotherapy. Above all, everything was exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. It is also the only apartment that offers breakfast.
The owner Manuel is a wonderful person, very attentive and caring. We have never met anyone like him before. This was our best apartment experience and we highly recommend Marcus Suite to everyone

The place was very hard to find as no details for access were received before arrival. luckily, i spotted the plaque near the main door on which it gives contact details of Marcus suite. after calling the number the owner opened the door for me.
The room/accommodation is within an appartement on the second floor of the old building. Inside the apartment, it is very clean and tidy, and the room looks spacious; it was recently refurbished with an excellent bathroom and views of the castle. There is also excellent storage facilities in the room, Unfortunately, there is no proper desk or armchair.
In my search, i asked for breakfast and air conditioning, Both were available but the breakfast is served at a local cafe some 200 to 300m away, using tokens (one for each day) which is not convenient. In fact, on the second day, I forgot to take a token with me and missed breakfast as it is too much hassle/time to go back to the room and get the required token.
Check out is at 10.00, and no storage is offered at the premises instead I was directed to a storage facility near the train station (charge approximately 5 Euros per hour), if you are leaving the city late afternoon, it can be expensive storage cost.

Very nice place

The apartment is located in a very good place, close to the main train station and a large parking lot. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Personally, I missed a lamp by the bed because I do not use overhead lighting. The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast in a nearby cafeteria.

Very central and clean apartments with a very friendly host.

Very centrally situated & tidy apartments. Stayed two nights on different dates. Host Monuel was very friendly and helpful. Apartments were equipped with all amenities, including a kettle. Breakfast which was included in the price, was served in a cafeteria close to the Apartments. Bathrooms were modern, with very showers and very clean. We highly recommend these apartments.

Fantastic, luxurious, and affordable B&B in the heart of Cagliari.

First of all, Manuele is the man - he's super communicative, accommodating, etc... everything you could want from a host. His B&B is in the heart of Cagliari which makes it easy to walk to anything you'd like to see. Breakfast was quick, easy, filling and tasty. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, from the bedspreads to the bathrooms. Everything was truly fantastic and I hope to return soon - grazie!
