VERY GOOD FOR 300€
300€ is very little for this luxury. One of the cleaniest cheap Hotels I ever seen very clean. Breakfast is free and tasty. Staff will change you towels everyday and clean the room.
There are couple negatives too. The fridge is not cooling enough. AC is very weak and in summer there is too hot.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days during my trip to Rome. The hotel is located in a building that houses several other hotels, with the reception on the ground floor and the rooms on the fourth floor.
The location was very convenient and made getting around Rome easy. We didn't spend much time travelling, which was a huge plus. There was a bus stop just a minute away, and the nearest train/metro station was only about a 6–7 minute walk, making it simple to reach central areas and other attractions
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't the strongest, but it was sufficient and did the job, especially after spending the day sightseeing in the summer heat. We did experience an issue with the bathroom lights flickering throughout our stay, which was a little inconvenient.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reception area always had complimentary water and juice available, which was a nice touch. The room also came with tea, coffee, and bottled water, which was especially appreciated given how hot Rome can be during the summer.
There is a lift available, although it requires the door to be properly closed after use. If someone forgets, the lift won't come, which can be frustrating after a long day when you're not in the mood to climb several flights of stairs.

This location was good for us because we took the train to Naples, Florence and Pisa. It’s walking distance to the trains, metro and buses. It is an older building and they only provided shampoo in the shower. Bring your own soap and conditioner. The twin bed is uncomfortable. It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and the staff were helpful with transportation questions.
If you want to spend the majority of your time in Rome - stay close to the city center.

Hotel of horrors
Don't let them give you a private room. Must be for a poor employee. Minuscule, caravan-like bathroom, no curtain or screen, gets wet. Broken shower, loose toilet lid, no air conditioning, just vent, broken plugs, broken lamp. Don't let them give you a room like that. The others are numbered, that one's only private. Breakfast with some pastries and bananas, machine juices? More than 100 EUR. Absolute scam. I claimed and they haven't even answered me. Booking refunds 35 EUR if I book another trip. Come on, they're complicit in the scam. The worst hotel in my life.

The property is well located and very close to Roma Termini . A perfect location for staying while visiting Rome. You can take the metro right under the termini and travel to all the surrounding tourist attractions.
