Energy in name and in fact: very relaxing and pleasant.

My assessment starts with a very positive note right from the reception, with extremely polite, kind, and caring staff. The room (a suite) had a spacious bathroom, a living room with a sofa, a double bedroom, and a large terrace. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning with great pleasure: there was truly a wide selection. The staff in the dining area was also very kind and helpful. A point of honor: I arrived with a little dog and found not only a blanket for her but also 3 snacks that she loved. My judgment: excellent, I would return! For the sake of honesty, here are two slightly negative points: The room I received was excellently soundproofed but was next to a highway, so there was still some noise from the road. Upon my arrival in the room after dinner, the internal temperature was 32 degrees; perhaps there was a problem with the control unit.

Quite simply the most cost effective and comfortable hotel that I stay in across Europe and East coast US.

In the suburbs of Milan but a great modern and clean hotel. It felt safe and clean and the rooms were modern and bright. The only criticism I had was that the plug sockets were different to the usual EU 2 pin ones (some weird 3 pins in a line arrangement that we’d never come across before even when travelling to Italy!) a good base which we then travelled to local station and travelled to Milan centre by metro. Good hotel and good breakfast

Comfortable and well-organized

Excellent value for money. Clean and welcoming rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that I happened to visit during a time when there were dog gatherings and another with noisy rugby teams with children. I must say, however, that the staff responded when called.
