Exceptional staff and service

My brother went with my sons and this is what he said:
We had an absolutely amazing stay with my nephews and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience.
​Touria took exceptional care of us during breakfast and throughout the day, while Jawad went completely out of his way to help us print our boarding passes, personally delivering them the following morning. Both were incredibly polite and attentive, making our trip seamless and stress-free.
​I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a good service!

a great experience in a beautiful place, a top team

Beautiful Riad, all comfortable and spacious rooms, with a team (Jawad the Manager and Assia who managed breakfast and cleaning) who take care of everything, very friendly and very available (reservation of excursions and visits, suggestion of activities not too "tourist trap"). The Riad is well located at the start of the Medina, very quiet, close to the bus station, the hygiene is impeccable and the breakfast is generous. Thanks to Jawad and his team for making our stay easier and making it such a great experience!

Racist and aggressive manager

Worst place to go, not only overpriced and overrated but also run by a racist and aggressive manager, he will only treat you well if you are white, if you don't support racism do not go there, there many other great places but not this one

Super verblijf gehad

Super verblijf in deze riad gehad. Goede ligging, netjes, comfortabel, lekker ontbijt en Jawad doet er alles aan om het zijn gasten naar hun zin te maken. Het dakterras is zalig om in het zonnetje wat uit te rusten. Gelegen in een rustig straatje aan de rand van de medina, op wandelafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden.
