Oasis of Calm

Where to start, first visit to Marrakesh and hopefully not our last. It is an assault on the senses and a Riad Linda is a peaceful oasis of calm to escape to. We were lucky enough to be there when the owners were there and they were very warm and welcoming making a point to ensure all was well. The rooms are compact but mainly because both double rooms we occupied had for some reason a single bed in as well as the double which neither couple needed. Really not an issue though as we were hardly in the rooms. Riad Linda is a stones throw from the busy souks yet peaceful with a relaxing roof terrace with sun and shade. Breakfast is varied and a great start to the day and the staff are all lovely and most have been with Linda and Gordon since they bought the Riad 18 years ago. Perfect central location and authentic Riad with staff who do their best to ensure your stay is comfortable.

A warm wonderful Riad experience.

Riad Linda is a wonderful, authentic and quiet place to stay 2 minutes from the main thoroughfares leading to the main square in the Medina.
The rooms are clean but basic but that's part of the charm. The staff are polite, welcoming and offer advice and recommendations. We also met 'Linda' and Gordon, the owners from Scotland, who were lovely to talk to on the roof terrace.
If you're expecting a luxury hotel then I think you might be disappointment, you may also be disappointed in general with anything in the Medina, but if you are looking for an honest Riad experience at good value then you can't go wrong with Linda and her team.
Thank you for an excellent warm (in both senses) stay with you.
Some advice. Book airport transfer via the hotel as finding the Riad in the maze of the Medina is tricky on first arrival, especially at night.

Great Location, Friendly, helpful and Clean

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights in Riad Linda close to Jemaa- el-Fna in the Medina of Marrakesh. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had a good meal there on the first night and we enjoyed the breakfasts provided. The medina offers simple and clean accommodation in the local style and I would happily stay there again.

10 for everything

I am really satisfied in this beautiful riad which is very close to everything.
The people who are busy are really great is helpful, the kitchen was very hearty, I'll probably come back.

Super central and lovely

This is very, very central and yet very quiet. Location is walking or bike only (or cart). Very happy with my stay and particularly enjoyed the rooftop garden. The shower was better than expected which is great after a day sweltering in the sun. It's very much a riad with an open atrium and much of the authentic features like the wooden doors and shutters. Bring ear plugs in case ye get a snorer :) very happy stay here. Bang in the centre, walked every where in the medina
