Best Riad in Marrakech, honestly I can't imagine you could find better.
The rooms are not only immaculate, they're also beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the whole space you have to relax is unbelievable. Use the terrace, it's a great sub trap and space to hide in the shade.
The location is perfect for escaping the noise and business of Marrakech.
The food was delicious and well worth having breakfast at the Riad.
Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay, made special requests happen and help with transport to and from the airport.
You'd be a fool not to stay here!

The hotel interior and architecture is stunning as per the pictures and all the staff were fantastic.
However, as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), we unfortunately found the hotel unsuitable for our needs.
The first issue is the location, it is not accessible by taxi and so we had to be dropped off on a very busy street with bikes whizzing past on all directions before being guided down some back alleys to the hotel. It wasn't the best first impression and when we arrived later at night, a local tried to charge us 100MAD for his help in finding the hotel, despite us not asking for it.
Secondly the room, a family suite, was very small with barely enough room to get past the beds to access the 'bathroom', the kids beds were tiny - not standard sized single beds - and both of their feet were hanging off the end and they were barely wide enough for them either. The Double bed was very soft and not the most comfortable either.
The final issue was we were woken at 5am by a 30 minute prayer, which seemed to be coming from directly outside our window. I didn't hear anything like this anywhere else at anytime during in our stay in Marrakech so I'm not sure what this was!
Unfortunately we decided to cut our 2 night stay short and booked another hotel at extra cost to ourselves.
In summary, a good hotel for couples who like the traditional look and feel over comfort and convenience but not recommended for families with kids.

Tragedy.
Riad Tibibt – avoid at all costs.
We had a reservation fully paid in advance (paid a week earlier), yet Riad Tibibt cancelled it just one day before our arrival. That’s completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional — it leaves guests scrambling for accommodation at the very last minute, when availability is low and prices are usually much higher.
If you value reliability and basic respect for guests, do not book Riad Tibibt. Even full prepayment doesn’t guarantee anything here, and the stress they caused right before a trip was unreal.

The room was very clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfy. Staff were lovely, riad was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like about this riad was the location, kind of a far walk from the busy areas of the Medina, and at times this walk felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. However the riad staff were very welcoming and even gave me his phone number in case I needed it for anything. Riad Arranged transport to the airport easily.

Can not get in contact with this hotel
Due to go here to celebrate my friends 50th birthday. EasyJet cancelled the flights
Have tried to contact the hotel through every means possible to discuss the situation but haven’t received any response or reply.
