Great fun

Ryad Marrakech is fantastic.
The host Aziz was in touch with us prior to arrival to offer airport transfers and make sure we could find the Road.
We were already in Marrakech and although we arrived earlier than usual it was no problem and although we waited 20 minutes to get in, the Road is 30 secs away from a myriad of restaurants, shops, cafes etc.
Aziz welcomed us in and chatted while we waited for the room to be ready....this was still over an hour before official check in.
The host speaks perfect English and French and was very knowledgeable about Morroco, Marrakech and the sights. He recommended tourist spots, where to eat and his favourite dish (Tangier) and explained the types of foods on offer at breakfast....(Standard morrocan fare of pancakes, pastries, honey and jams, bread and yoghurt but also some cheese)
The courtyard suite was set on a courtyard around a pond. It was large and comfortable and stylishly finished with a fantastic inner garden and huge bath/shower.
The location is good, in an area of the Kasbah bustling by day but relaxed at night. 2-10 mins walk to tourist attractions (Saadian tombs and Bahia palace) and no more than 10 mins to Jemaa el Fna square and all the restaurants.
A huge taxi rank is very close, but there were never less than 3 in the street just a few turns down the alley between the Riad and the main road
Highly recommend.

Immersion in Marrakech

Welcome to the top, certainly not everything feels however very large modern style rooms, clean linens and sheets, skylights with natural ventilation and interior garden, and functional air conditioning if needed, good situation to visit the city

Comfortable and cozy stay

The owner super friendly and the breakfast phenomenal, very quiet very close to the souk and very central, if you want to make an excursion it provides you and pick you up and return you to the same place, everything quite clean, we were very comfortable

Huge scam, abandoned riad!

I come to Marrakech every month for my work, and this is the first time I come across such low maintenance accommodation. The photos do not correspond to reality at all, the pool on the ground floor is empty and dilapidated, the years and the lack of maintenance have passed by! I had booked this hotel for 3 nights, I left the day after the 1st night, and no discussion possible with the manager. Despite everything a great kindness of the staff. But this hotel is really VERY expensive for the quality of the rooms, it is really shabby. Watch the two videos, you will understand. You will find better and cheaper elsewhere in this nice neighborhood, escape...

Ryad quiet and well placed for visiting the center of Marrakech.
Warm welcome from all the staff and a special note to Fatima who was helpful and gave good advice during our stay.
The rooms and bedding are clean, cleaning done every day.
Good, plentiful and varied breakfast every day. Recommendation++
