Kind staffs, clean room. It would be nicer to have more veggie variety for breakfast. Theg only have same steamed veggies daily.

The room was clean and the common area was mostly well maintained. An area for improvement was the pool, as there were several missing tiles inside and on the deck. The wait staff was awesome, but we had a minor issue with the front desk over paying for breakfast; we did pay, you must request for breakfast to be included when you book. Location was good to use as a base to explore Cancun, but there is a lack of dining options within walking distance. Overall it is a good hotel and great value.

We'll be back, great stay!

Another great stay at Four Points Centro. We love the proximity to the local mall and the 2 connected restaurants. Breakfast is our favorite with Jose & Edgar making the buffet even more enjoyable. Emiliano at the front desk greeted us and thanked us for our loyalty, as did the staff member standing next to him. The housekeeping was daily and the room was spotless. The rooftop pool offers a great view of the hotel district, just be aware this hotel is in the city, not at the beach.

Good hotel to stay at and a safe area. The a/c did not cool the room during the day but was good at night. Aside from the daytime a/c issue my stay here was really good.

For the price and proximity this is easily a great place to stay. Minutes from the shopping centers and a short ride to all the beaches and airport! Its not as fancy as an all inclusive but the AC works, its very clean, it isnt noisy, but its also not going to drain your wallet. The pool is nice but the gym is hardly a gym.
