The entire team stands out for its kindness and remarkable dedication. We lacked nothing, thanks to sincere and constant attention to the well-being of the guests. One can feel a true passion for hospitality, and that makes all the difference.
The cuisine deserves special mention: worthy of a chef, it allowed us to discover and savor a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, prepared with care and authenticity.
Whether traveling alone, as a couple, or with family, the place perfectly adapts to all desires. One finds both a haven of peace for resting, and a friendly and festive atmosphere when one wishes to celebrate. Even last-minute requests are met with professionalism and efficiency.
The rooms are superb, impeccably maintained, and offer a magnificent traditional Mexican charm. The feeling of security is also very reassuring, with constant surveillance of the establishment.
We already have other trips planned, and one thing is certain: for us, there is now no other choice. This hotel has become our favorite destination.
