A riad of good taste!

Excellent establishment, located in the Medina of Fez.
Particularly appreciated the breakfast, especially a yogurt made with milk and vanilla crafted by the cook, Fatima; so good that I would like to call it "Faith's yogurt"!! Highly recommended choice for Fez.

Exceptional

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful place. From the mint tea reception on the rooftop to admire the sunset , the very beautiful and spacious room , the breakfast by the pool with the giggle of the fountain and the singing of the parakeet , we felt like home! After the days of discovery of Fez and its surroundings, we enjoyed the calm and serenity of this place. But this experience was especially unique for the very personalized attention of moufid , who never stopped organizing things so that we would have a very beautiful stay. The guide , the drivers , that he booked for us were very professional and pleasant . Thus we felt more welcomed in the family than in a hotel. This is really the +++++ of this magnificent Chahd Luxury Palace. Thank you, scumbag!

Great Riad on the Edge of the Medina

Very nice Riad and host. We stayed four nights three days and it was great. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was prepared each morning with a wide variety of bread, eggs, tea, coffee, etc. It is a very beautiful Riad and also very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Terrible experience , do not recommend

We stayed 3 nights at the Riad and chose the luxury room with a pool view, price was 104 euros per night.
I won’t mention the effort of the host who by trying to help us reduce the price asked us to cancel the booking online and pay him with cash on site , which was of good intentions perhaps but shady.
The Riad entrance is clean , however not the one in the pictures. The rooms are not worth the price , the furniture is old and not so well maintained and in the 3 nights we stayed only once the room cleaning was done and not to high standards.
Breakfast is terrible , no variety, cold bread and being Moroccans ourselves we can say when it’s not good.
The TV was advertised being with Netflix options , that was wrong and it was not working . The parking was ok but we could have gotten the public parking lot , there was noise in the room and bad smell in the bathroom. Only one person was doing host, cleaning person, cook!!!!!!!
There is nothing amazing about the service to be honest , it’s not worth the price and with the same amount you can book a 4 star hotel close to city centre with better service and view. We can’t recommend for anyone to pay so much and go there , choose other places that are worth it.
