Hostal céntrico

El hotel se encuentra en la av principal de la ciudad de Cusco, todos los tours te recogen con normalidad. Es accesible y se encuentra a 6 min de la plaza armas de Cusco. Recomiendo si deseas estar en tu viaje a Machu Picchu

Lousy hygienic conditions

The only good thing is that it is cheap for the room, but it leaves much to be desired: the cleanliness, toilet, hygiene and conditions of the place especially the bathrooms of little security that do not close the doors well and leaky the ceilings.

Burglary / el hurto

We stayed in this hotel for two nights before going on a trip to Machu Pichu. The service so far wasn't outstanding neither the breakfast nor the "hot"showers were, but alright for the price.
But when we went for the trip we payed for their language- storage service. Five days later we came back, got our stuff and had to find another hotel late in the night since they were out of rooms.
The next morning we discovered that certain things in our backpacks were missing which were definitely in there before. We returned to the hotel in order to discuss this problem, but nobody cared for this. Neither did they refund us what we payed them for taking care of our stuff nor did we get our things back. The boss of the so called hotel wasn't reachable and the receptionist was not interested or helpful at all.
What a huge disappointment! So to conclude: we can not recommend this hotel to anybody!!!

Hostal céntrico respecto a la ciudad, camas cómodas, nos dieron desayuno también.
Sin embargo habiamos reservado piezas con baño privado y al llegar nos dieron compartidos, tuvieron que cambiarnos el precio. Wifi funcionando bien.
