It's worth it

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, nice and helpful staff. There were some minor flaws, but nothing to complain about. Great location right on the lake. Tasty food. When I'm in Mrągowo, I'll check again if they have any rooms available.

Super schöne Lage!

Super Lage an einen See. Alles in bester ordnung. Nur viele Stiegen und verwirrende Aufzüge.
Świetna lokalizacja nad jeziorem. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Tylko wiele schodów i mylące windy.
Great location on a lake. Everything in the best order. Only many stairs and confusing lifts.

Large rooms

Stayed one night at the Panoramic Oscar hotel in Mragowo.
It sits on the lake's bank, with great views of it.
Since the hotel sits on a sloping hill cliff you may find the hotel entrance which at street level being numbered level 2 and so forth.
Had dinner and breakfast at the neighbouring Eva hotel. Both meals were of less than average in quality.
The room was of a large size and has a bathroom with a shower box.
No coffee or tea making. No ironing board or iron. So it could fit a 2 star hotel.

Scenic lakefront location

I was there for short two-night offseason stay in February. The location is superb, right by the lake, shaded by trees - and about 300m or so from the beach. View from my room was just great. Its about 20mins pleasant walk around the lake to reach center of Mragowo. In the offseason the hotel was very quiet but I guess there must be different story in the summer. It is located right next to the amphitheatre - I'm not sure if its a plus or minus. Parking space seems tight - it was not issue in the winter but I guess it is when the hotel is full. Wifi worked in the lobby area - but not so much in the room. Offseaon price was bargain but again I'm not sure about the summer. Overall I was happy.

Ideal location

It is situated right on the lake with a fantastic restaurant terrace. This hotel mainly caters for Germans and I found that all the staff spoke German, but very little English. Even the reception staff only spoke Polish and german and this is very rare as reception staff are normally quite fluent in English. Having said that, this is an excellent hotel serving good polish and German food.
