Not bad, and the staff tries hard

Not an expensive hotel and the amenities were what I expected given what I paid, but the staff did try hard to ensure that my stay was pleasant. They were all Chinese, and I remember one guy (Calvin) was particularly helpful ensuring that I was comfortable, helping me get around, and allowing for a later check out. If I were to go back to Doha I would easily stay here.

Not worth the price

Now I am a frugal traveler. This place was one of the few "inexpensive" places in Doha.
I should have realized after emailing four times (with the website's address) and never receiving a reply that this place was a bust!
But for the money I spent I didn't receive any services.... nothing was done to the room over five days. No garbage removed.. No clean up! No breakfast...
The only thing good was the location.. it is close to corniche.
This place is caught in limbo... Spend more money and stay in a real hotel.

Should be closed

In a normal country a place like "Fuda" would have been shutted down long ago. But this is Qatar, so no wonder this people is still in business.
I would not imagine how someone could spend a night over there. Much cleaner and hygienic ovenight in the street on a pavement.
In this case you also save the bargaining at arrival with the attempted fraud of inflated price. Mine was doubled compared to what I saw online.
My friend found herself with swelling and erythema on th legs, the only part of the body accidentally touched the bed linen for few hours.
The WC is lifted from the ground, thus the smell in the tiny toilette is disgusting, at the point we cannot use it at all.
Dirt and everywhere, with windows in a unbelievable condition. So filthy at the point that the light struggle to get in. On the top the noise coming up the nearby street.
Humidity can be smelled.
We fled to the airport 5 hours before the scheduled flight.

SABENA, Such a Bad experience and Never again!

Besides the many dysfunctionalities such as the broken lift which made the carrying of the luggage all the way to the fourth floor terribly cumbersome, lack of basic amenites in the bathroom like soap and shampoo, the personnel did not ,appear to be honest at all.
The reception gave me the impression to be money grabbers, especially when it came to booking a taxi to the airport. They desisted booking me a regular city taxi and insisted me to take their so called Limousine service which was twice as expensive as the city taxi. BAsically, it was the most upleasant experience.
The general feeling which pearmeated was one of sleaze!!

Fuda Hotel kirli ve berbat

Agoda Sitesi aracılığıyla rezervasyon yaptığım Fuda Hotel tam anlamıyla bir rezalet. Üç yetişkin için rezervasyon yaptığım halde bize iki kişilik oda verildi. Resepsiyon görevlisine üç kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptığımı ve elimde belge olduğunu belirtsem de sonuç alamadım. Mecbur olduğumuzda kabul etmek zorunda kaldık. Odaya 3. kişi için bazasız yer yatağı serildi. Yatak direk yere serildi. Mecburen birimiz bu yatakta yattık. Agoda sitesi bu konu hakkında bizi yanılttı. Bize 3 yetişkin olarak rezervasyon onayı yolladı. Otel yetkilileri 3 kişilik odaları olmadığını belirttiler. 3 kişi için yer yatağı verdiklerini ve onun içinde günlük 50 Katar Riyali ücret aldıklarını belirttiler. Mecbur kaldığımızdan bu ödemeleri yaptık. Otel odaları küçük ve kirli ve nem kokuyordu. Banyolarda aynı şekilde çok pis ve kirliydi. Odayı iptal etmek istesek de, ne otelden nede Agoda'dan sonuç alamadık.
