Fair. Things to be improved.
The room was recently renovated and looks good. The bathroom as well.
Clean.
Sleep quality was very good. The windows provide excellent soundproofing.
The reception was a bit below expectations. Their attitude was rather cold.
The parking lot filled up in the evening.
A disabled parking spot was being abused by a hotel director.
They refused to move the car.
A person with disabilities had to be relocated to the main parking area.
I found that gesture disgraceful.
Reception didn't intervene and said it's private property and they can do whatever they want.
Breakfast was good. There's plenty to eat. But by 10 AM, there were no clean cups left for coffee or tea.
The tables were full of plates and glasses. The staff seemed overwhelmed. It's not normal. It looks messy. Look at the photos.

We are sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay were disappointing. We understand your complaints about tables not cleared at breakfast. Of course, with 168 rooms and 120 seats there are times when the tables are not cleared. We assure you, however, that if a guest notices an irregularity, our colleagues will try to remedy it immediately, to the best of their technical skills and possibilities.

Waste of money - waste of holiday time to spend - avoid Continental
Unfriendly staff- quite a few problems that they tried to solve in time but which either continued or took up a lot of time to be solved.
Poor breakfast but the worst was the pool area: Pool was closed on the Sunday we arrived at 4 (was supposed to be open until 9pm) as it was ABSOLUTELY dirty. On Monday the water was ok. The whole area is dilapidated, deck chairs were either broken or dirty. There were 4 dirty mattresses for them - that was all. Although the lobby area is ok, the rest of the building, including the pool, looks run-down and very neglected.
When I wrote about my experience on booking.com, where I'd booked the room, the hotel director called to lure me into changing the review. He wanted to bribe me by offering money!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We would like to clarify a few aspects. The outdoor pool is supplied with thermal water, which has a specific natural color due to its mineral content: Na 18.6 mg/l, Ca 110.6 mg/l, Mg 27.2 mg/l and Fe 0.097 mg/l. On the days when the pool undergoes cleaning and sanitization procedures, it closes earlier, as the pool must be completely emptied in order to comply with hygiene and safety standards. Regarding breakfast, we offer a varied buffet every day, with approximately 87 dishes, appreciated by many of our guests for its diversity and freshness.
Although we cannot always meet all of our guests expectations, we are constantly striving to improve and provide an even better experience.
