Très bon endroit au calme

Endroit calme avec piscine, bar et restaurant. La cuisine et bonne et le personnel très gentil. Idéal pour se reposer loin des hôtels touristiques où il y a beaucoup de monde. Les chambres sont agréables.

A total disaster!

The hotel indicates on Booking.com that they accpet Master and Visa cards. However, I read a review where it was mentioned a guest was unable to use his card. So I messaged the hotel in advance to ask if I was able to pay with c/c but no one got back to me before I arrived. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a young guy (security) who spoke ZERO English and I don’t spoeak French so that was a huge problem. I had to communicate with him through a Google translator on his phone. A 3* hotel and no one speaks English! He told me they don’t accept credit cards and don’t even have the machine. Why say on Booking, that they do then? The hotel had no change for my taxi, so I had to go and look for change. No change to give another guest who was checking out and no change when I tried to pay for one night in cash. I was given an incorrect password for the Internet and the whole check in procedure was a total disaster. The hotel called the owner but his English was very limited too. The room was dark had no fridge or safe box and eventually I ended up checking out that same day without paying. I was very much inconvenienced and I would not recommend this hotel. They have no clue what they are doing. The day after I checked out they replied to my message and told me their c/c machine was broken. Whatever, apparently they don’t have one and how about replying before my arrival. Stay away.

petit hotel, grande satisfactation

à l 'écart de l'agitation du centre de Saly mais situé proche de toutes les commodités, ce petit hotel de 10 chambres reparties en 5 bungalow est vraiment agréable : chambres spacieuses et fonctionnelles, espaces communs propres et aérés, accueil au top, piscine centrale avec transat bien entretenue... seul petit bémol la robinetterie des salles de bains un peu fatiguée mais c'est vraiment un détail! merci à toute l'équipe pour ce superbe séjour avec une mention coup de coeur pour nathalie au service et nicole l'ennemie de la poussière et des moustiques!
