Charm with flaws

We stayed at the hotel for one night with a family of four.
The location is very good. The city center and its attractions are within walking distance. There is a parking lot a maximum of 5 minutes walk away at the Glorieta de Espana. At 35 euros per day, however, it is not very cheap. You cannot drive up to the hotel by car.
Opposite is the Floridablanca park, which has many shaded benches and a beautiful garden.
The hotel itself has the charm of houses that are showing their age. On the ground floor there is a cafeteria that is also visited by non-hotel guests. The room was spacious and we slept well. It should be noted that there were no extras. No kettle. No refrigerator. Nothing except beds and a TV whose reception seemed to be very slow. You should be aware of that. We found it absolutely OK for one night, probably for two too. The good price-performance ratio should be noted.

From 6.30 in the morning you cannot sleep because of the city buses. It seems that all the buses in Murcia pass through there. Unloading your suitcases has to be far away because you cannot enter with your car and it is all surrounded by a blue zone. and for residents they do not have parking

Unbeatable treatment!!!! Family hotel.

The best hotel in Murcia quality/price ratio. Very good location. The exquisite treatment. I feel at home. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Very helpful. Ah!!! And, Fulgencia's sandwiches are a must-try.

The friendliness of the staff

We have been on this December long weekend.
Hotel Very central and clean.
The receptionist was super friendly, a charm. He explained to us what we had to see.
Without a doubt I will repeat if I return to Murcia.

Excellent value base for several days in Murcia

Only officially two stars, but definitely meriting more. We stayed here for five nights at the end of September and were highly satisfied. Spotlessly clean, friendly and efficient staff, and really good value at less than 50 euros a night for a double room. Breakfasts are straightforward in the busy ground floor cafe, full of local working people and a very Spanish environment. Book online direct with the hotel and they will give you a 50 per cent discount on the already very reasonable price of your breakfast! Good air conditioning and adequate sound proofing from the busy road outside, and generally quiet at night. Ask for an upper floor room, we were on the fifth floor with less noise and a great view over the park opposite.
