Disappointing experience at Hotel Isabel
Rating: Experience with much room for improvement in facilities and service
I regret having to write this review, as the hotel has potential, but our stay was disappointing due to significant failures in management, maintenance, and customer service.
Reception and Facilities
Check-in management: Upon arrival, we were not asked for any type of documentation for registration, a security procedure that I consider essential. Furthermore, despite having requested a double bed because we were traveling as a couple, we were assigned a room with two single beds.
Maintenance: Although the room was clean, the blinds had accumulated a notable amount of dirt and the terrace had a layer of black soot that made it impossible to enjoy the space.
Limited equipment: The television was excessively small and the lack of outlets was very inconvenient (there was only one operational one in the bed area to charge both of our devices).
Bathroom: The space is very small. It has an old, slippery bathtub, and the plastic curtain had visible mold, which compromises the hygiene expected in an establishment of this category.
Catering and Allergen Management
The gastronomic offering was one of the weakest points of the stay:
The presentation and flavor of the dishes did not meet expectations.
Lack of adaptation to allergens: My husband is allergic to shellfish and the only alternative offered to him during the stay was a basic lettuce and tomato salad, showing zero willingness to offer a balanced or adapted menu.
Service and Customer Care
Dining room: The dining room staff seemed to lack the necessary training; they were unfamiliar with the menu details and showed discomfort with any standard inquiry.
Incident at the bar: The worst moment of the stay occurred after reserving a table at the bar. Upon arriving, it was occupied by other guests. When we mentioned it to the manager, his response was completely inappropriate, telling us that he was not going to waste his time solving the problem and rudely suggesting that we sit somewhere else or go to another establishment in town.
Conclusion: I consider it urgent that management thoroughly review customer service, the management of food intolerances, and room maintenance in order to offer an experience consistent with what guests pay.

THE HOTEL OF HORRORS
The hotel of terror, both the dirty rooms and the terrible food. The treatment from the staff is in line with everything else. If I could, I would give it a negative rating.

What was mentioned in my opinion
We booked half board and were not informed that drinks were not included, and they charged us 6.35 for the house wine without telling us that we could save the leftover drinks for the next day; water was 2.70, possibly from the tap, and the small soda was 3 euros. So friends, if you go, be careful not to get taken advantage of; even though it is not a lot of money, you feel deceived.

Por el precio no puedes pedir mucho pero si mejorar algunos aspectos , el parking es privado pero solo hay cuatro llaves , y no hay plazas suficientes, al hacer el cheking solo nos registraron a no de los dos , y no lo hacen delante tuya , así que no sabes si fotocopian o no tu DNI
En cuanto a las habitaciones, la nuestra era doble sin reformar y para dos personas la vimos pequeña no te podías mover . la tele no está puesta enfrente de la cama sino en un lateral , solo hay una silla y no hay banquito para dejar las maletas
En cuanto a la limpieza no barren ningún día y tuvimos problemas con las toallas un día ni nos la pusieron y otro solo para una persona . Cama demasiado baja , y debajo una supletoria.
Terraza no es , es un mini balcón que no entra ni una silla
Tuvimos problemas con la persiana , hasta el tercer día no nos la arreglaron y en ningún momento nos dieron la opción de cambio de habitación , así que estuvimos dos días con la persiana rota y tuvimos que avisar dos veces

En cuanto a las habitaciones, la nuestra era doble sin reformar y para dos personas la vimos pequeña no te podías mover . la tele no está puesta enfrente de la cama sino en un lateral , solo hay una silla y no hay banquito para dejar las maletas
