Great choice.
Wonderful stay located just 2 minutes from the center of Guadalest. The rooms are spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. The breakfast is a spectacle... very complete. Parking is also very easy... with numerous parking spaces. We spoke with the owners and they treated us wonderfully. Without a doubt, it is a great choice for your stay if you are going to visit the area.

Accommodation in a beautiful village
We spent a night and everything perfect, the bed super large and comfortable.
You had everything in the bathroom.
It struck me that outside the room you had a microwave, cutlery and drink and snack machine.
All very clean and breakfast fine.

El Tossal, the best of Guadalest
We booked this property for being close to Benidorm and it was the pearl of the trip. Surrounded by mountains, with amazing views, the accommodation was super clean, with a large and comfortable bed, a breakfast... from Reyes! It's like in the pictures or more. Do not hesitate to visit this magical village with castle included and clear, the Tossal.

Guadalest a magical town..
The truth is that the room was very good...the double bed was huge and very comfortable...the bathroom has everything (hair dryer) plenty of towels...and toothbrushes and toothpaste...the TV It didn't work...the breakfast was really varied...but the potato omelette was bland...without any salt...yes, the homemade rolls were the same without salt...the lady who served us was really quite friendly... although it could improve...

5 star attention...5 star breakfast.
We were looking to replace our local 'sanctuary'...a place we could escape to when we need a few days of relaxation and pampering...and we think we have found it at El Tossal. We received a very friendly welcome, from Inés and Juan, augmented by a bottle of water and a bottle of wine and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of what is advertised as 2 star accommodation. The room was tastefully furnished with plenty of storage space and some lovely details in the scented candles. Basic toiletries were extremely generous and once again, there was plenty of space, in the modern bathroom, for our own items. The air-conditioning/heating worked well and the Wi-Fi connection was perfect. There is no safe, in the room, but it could only be accessed by an individual security code, so there were no qualms about leaving items we considered valuable. We have given top marks for cleanliness, so there is no need to repeat how spotless every area was, but we did appreciate how pleasant the place smelled, each day.
The freshness, variety and abundance of breakfast items is something that we note in many other reviews, but we have to add that we have travelled all over the world and only found anything comparable with what we enjoyed here, in 4 and 5 star hotels. ..and some of those have not even reached Inés´standards! A one night stay is certainly not enough to appreciate the different home-cooked offerings, which appear every morning.....and there was plenty for us vegetarians to chose from, too.
It is perfectly situated for visiting Guadalest and the surrounding villages and forests...and the nearby, public parking is only 2 Euros a day....so we shall certainly be booking again, as soon as we feel the need to re-charge our batteries. Thank you, Inés and Juan, for such an enjoyable three nights.
