LOVED IT!!! Recommended 100%
A stunning experience from start to finish. Darío is a host like few others: close, attentive and authentic, with a treatment that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The place is a luxury in the middle of nature, with spectacular views, absolute tranquility and a rustic charm not found anywhere.
Don’t listen to negative reviews: this site is special. Whoever comes with an open attitude and desire to disconnect, takes an unforgettable memory. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Darius for everything!

Non-compliance with agreement
I have to give a negative review for what happened to some friends that we were going to travel to Picos de Europa to make a motorcycle crossing from Alicante this summer and one of the stops on the route was at their establishment. First, he made us pay the full amount more than a month earlier, when the policy described in the accommodation spoke of two weeks earlier. Within a day of starting the route, the authorities and civil protection banned travel and activities through the Peaks due to the fires. The road from Cangas del Narcea to Cabañes was blocked, and we couldn’t even reach Cangas. We spoke to all the establishments and they cancelled the rooms without charge, despite having passed us on the day of cancellation, as it was a major cause and in those cases the cancellation penalty is invalid. Everyone but him. I was talking to the owner on the phone for over half an hour trying to make him understand that in our case it no longer made sense to go somewhere else in Spain to stay one day at the inn. In the end, we reached an agreement over the phone that in order for no one to lose too much, we paid for half of the accommodation and he assumed the rest. We even sent the cancellation by email with the agreed amount. He was never heard from again or of course the money. That's how he spends it.

We paid a lot of money for the room because there is no more offer except the hostel, and there were no rooms left but supposedly the best, but it turned out to be disappointing and with the feeling of total deception.
Start:
-location: since it has no kitchen, you have to go to lunch and dinner at the hostel, amazing, from the inn to the hostel 1 km!
By day it is not so bad, but after coming tired of doing the Lebaniego Way and the road is dark, at night you have to wait for the owner, who is more aware of the hostel than the inn, to take you
- Service: as I said, there is no kitchen, so to eat and dine at the hostel, to eat after the Camino does not matter, but for dinner you end up dining macaroni with tomato and fillets of ribbon of loin with frozen potatoes, all of it on shared tables and served in trays of school canteen and for 18 euros!!!
By the way, there are no water bottles in the inn!!.

Our room that was the most expensive had a viewpoint full of flies, unappetizing to sit in, the room overlooked a field with cows, very nice and idyllic, if not because if you open the window you get flies bigger than you and smell terrible.
Hand soap is also the one in the bath and shampoo, the same pot for everything.
The only thing worth it is the views, but nothing more, you pay for the inn as a five-star hotel and it is only little more than a hostel.

Event of force majeure sickness, pessimistic treatment
Good morning I tell you my experience in the inn, when we were on our way they wanted to make me go up for the keys before eating when the check-in said q was from 14.00 , because the owner was better which meant delaying my plans , in the end I solved it, but when arriving at 15.00 the room q had us booked was freezing cold , so we had to complain and immediately they changed our room, we started wrong , after everything correct , we had 2 nights of accommodation and on the first night I got a major gastroenteritis , which forced us to come home the next day, and Darío who seemed charming did not have the detail to refund us the next night even telling him that it was due to force majeure , told us a milonga... Apparently it must be that he doesn't care if we had done 350km... and the next day we had to leave,.. it seems to me that qur at Christmas and being a cause of force majeure due to illness does not have the detail to refund us the amount of a night.. I think we have to empathize and think if it happened to you as you would like to be treated.

100% success in location, service and accommodation
The location and facilities are spectacular. Darío's attention is outstanding, he pays attention to all the details and cares about the well-being of the people staying. Completely recommended, both for the Lebaniego path and for visiting Picos de Europa.
