Very disappointed with our stay
We are returning from our stay at the Hotel Oasis Park Splash and unfortunately, we are very disappointed.
Upon our arrival, the welcome was not pleasant. We had a simple check-in, without any explanation regarding how the hotel works, the hours, the services, or the various facilities. For an establishment of this size, a minimum amount of information would be appreciated.
Next, the photos of the hotel are very misleading. We had the impression that they were heavily retouched, or even AI-generated, given how significant the gap is between the photos and reality.
The room was dirty upon our arrival: dirt in the bathroom, signs of dampness, and an obvious lack of maintenance. The shower was broken, which made it difficult to use. Even more serious, the balcony door did not lock, which poses a real security problem and is totally unacceptable.
For a 4-star hotel, we were also surprised by the lack of amenities in the bathroom: only three small 20 ml soap bottles were provided for the entire stay, which is far from the expected level of service.
The hotel is far too crowded for its capacity. The common areas are constantly packed, the pools are overcrowded, and it is difficult to enjoy the facilities in peace.
The behavior of a large portion of the clientele also significantly degraded our experience. Whether at the restaurant or the pool, rudeness was constant: people pushing, cutting in lines, shoving without apologizing, very little politeness, and impressive food waste. We understand that the hotel cannot control everyone's behavior, but with such high attendance, better organization and a greater staff presence would likely help limit these situations.
Meals take place in a constant din, with an extremely high noise level, which makes it absolutely impossible to have a pleasant or relaxing time. Furthermore, the food is often served cold and lacks flavor and quality. Finally, it is very difficult to know what you are eating because the majority of the dishes are not identified: there is no clear signage indicating the names of the preparations or their ingredients, which is essential, especially for people with allergies or specific dietary needs.
Finally, the pool water is far too cold, especially for a hotel that primarily hosts families with young children. Our child was practically unable to enjoy it.
Faced with the accumulation of all these problems, we made the decision to cut our stay short, which is extremely regrettable after having invested in this vacation.
Given the price paid and the services advertised, we unfortunately do not recommend this establishment. This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars in light of our experience. We hope that management will take these remarks seriously in order to improve the quality of the welcome, the maintenance of the rooms, the safety of the facilities, the management of crowds, and the quality of the services offered.

Never again!
Just back from family holiday at Oasis splash hotel, it wasn't great but we made the most of it for the kids sake 12 year old and 9 year old.. the rooms are tiny. Myself and my husband my son amd my daughter all had to fit in 2 double bed pushed together, you could move in the room it was so small and basic, no kettle.. the shower head was broken the sink in bathroom was absolutely filthy when we arrived and kept filling up when brushing teeth or washing hands disgusting.. no anti slip mats in shower tray as a result my daughter slipped and banged her head she had to wear her crocs in shower afterwards, no anti slips mats around pool areas or by the slides my daughter and many other children slipped by the slides as no maths down the tiles were very wet.. the all-inclusive bar close at 11pm food was average staff at reception were quite rude.. not enough parasols for the beds around pool and slide areas, a very rude couple had 4 around them when I asked nicely could I have 1 parasol please to shade my children I was told to f##k off.. alot of very rude guests at the hotel , the restaurant area is like a cattle market for breakfast lunch and dinner everyone on top of each other... the hotel very run down its definitely not 4 * more like 2 star... definitely won't be back. Very disheartening after spending good money to be there thankfully it was for 4 days I was actually delighted to be leaving it to be honest.

Very slippery floor, we had a serious accident and they washed their hands of it without worrying about anything.
I paid for full board with water and wine included and they refused to give me water, telling me to get it from a machine that, on top of that, comes out room temperature, their response was to add ice.
The air conditioning in the room where I stayed did not work well, I requested a change 3 times, that change never happened.
And in the hotel facilities, they do not turn on the air conditioning because, according to the director's response, "the windows are open."

Never again
Had a great holiday with the company we were with. However, hotel leaves something to be desired.
Air conditioning in the building can not cope, hotel rooms therefore very warm and small.
Toilet as leaky as a basket.
Swimming pools are an anthill and the three slides there are fun for half an hour of fun. Food is pretty much the same every day. You don't have to book beds in principle, but you won't be lying by the pool. Bombs, tires and balls are not allowed.
Animation is minimal and mainly aimed at the Spaniards. Animation is inside which means you can't understand each other without screaming unwise.
Walls are very thin so everything can be heard. The youngest fell asleep with earplugs.
Are you hesitant to go? We would continue searching!

We are on holiday currently, nearing the end of our week here.
Reception ladies were lovely and always tried to help.
Bar staff were fine, didnt really interact with anyone but the Spanish, there was one bar staff member who had numerous complaints from English people due to his obvious disdain of the English, he was rude to them, would sometimes ignore them to serve others first.
Restaurant staff were ok, there are a couple openly rude people in there two, one female staff worker was just going around telling certain people to leave the restaurant due to clothing even though others were wearing the same and wasnt told to leave for example three people were told to leave for wearing sandals, or a damp tshirt having come in from the pool or not wearing a tshirt over their bikinis, while others doing the exact same thing were not told.
The food is ok..... depending on your tastes. Some think it was a good variety some didnt. For the week we were here, as a parent of two sen children and one fussy one, and being neurodiverse ourselves we mainly ate out for the week despite paying all inclusive. The first night here was fish, and fish and fish. The second was fish, some marinated chicken, spicy soup and other things that I couldnt tell you. They dont put what the food is anywhere, they just say if its meat or vegetable. The third night they had pigs heart. Don't get me wrong they did pizza but it had loads of things on it and again no where was written what was on the pizza. Didn't see one chicken nuggets the whole time we were here.
Rooms were nice. It was weird as a family room as they put two single beds in one part and two double beds pushed together in the other, so me and my husband ended up in the single beds while the kids had the doubles. Cleaners was probably the most hard workers.
There really isnt anything to do here for the kids. Depending on ages they will be very bored, very quickly. My kids ages range from 7 to 10 and all they really had to do was the pool and karaoke. The hotel is not big enough for the amount of people they let in.
They have day passes so anyone from anywhere can come in, plus the people staying, they have three pools and three slides, slides were good, pools were mobbed from morning until evening kick out. The tiles in the pool needs maintenance, the amount of people you here complaining of tripping over an uneven broken tile or cutting their toe on one. The lifeguards didnt actually guard life, they didnt do anything, two kids were struggling and got helped by other adults, one couple was very clearly having 'discreet' sex in the middle pool with everyone including their kid swimming around them. Life guard laughed.
The entertainment during the day, the kids club was just colouring. They put up didnt activities on the notice board but when you go to them, its still colouring.
One of the elevator doors open at the bottom as its moving.
Beach is about 5 to 10 min walk
Would 110 percent recommend mcgregors for food which is 5 mins away
So yea 3 stars because while there are some good points, it does get over shadowed by all the little bad moments coming together
