Guaranteed success for agencies and school groups.

As a travel agent, I recently organized the stay of one of my school groups at this hotel, and the experience has been fantastic. From the very first moment, the coordination with the establishment was impeccable.
What I highlight the most are their rooms: large, spacious, and with an excellent level of cleanliness, which is fundamental for us. The treatment of the staff towards the group was wonderful. I recommend this hotel 100% to my colleagues in the tourism sector and to other travel agencies. It is a safe bet for booking groups. Thank you for everything! We already have another group booked for next year.

Price relationship well

Hello.
We went on Easter and I'm fine with the hotel. The rooms clean and very useful, have heating, there is also netflix on the telly. Breakfast costs 8 Euros, not spectacular but enough, you can eat in the cafeteria or in the buffet.
The hotel is located in a polygon, free street parking, opposite the hotel goes the bus to the center line N1 every 30 minutes until 11 at night, price 1.60 for the person.
For my return again, the hotel is very simple something familiar without stress, nice staff, there is nothing to say in negative, you want luxury you are in the wrong place.

A good stay.

Reading a few comments, it seems we haven't been to the same hotel. We have been six people who have travelled with IMSERSO and have occupied three double rooms. We have been on the first floor; two rooms overlooked an internal corridor of the hotel and the other the pool.
The cleanliness and attention of the staff have been exceptional. The spacious rooms with a small fridge to keep there the purchases we would have made on the trip as well as refresh the water.
The food was well cooked and the buffet, being "premium", was more than sufficient and varied.
The cafeteria well served.
The discrepancy comes in terms of the comments about housing immigrants. We don't count how many there were. They were on an upper floor, I think the second. At no time did they disturb or interfere in anything. They were attentive and although they did not speak Spanish too fluently, they tried to clarify if we asked them. I say this because we asked them why they were there and they explained that there is indeed an agreement. If we interpret correctly, the accommodation is paid for by the state and maintenance by one (or two) NGOs in a dining room outside the hotel.
For our part, we are proud that part of our taxes are dedicated to helping disadvantaged people, regardless of color and religion.
Highly recommended hotel.

Nice simple hotel in an exposed location

Nice place, clean and friendly staff. The location is quite remote, you can say in a business park. Great supermarket within walking distance 10 min. On-site restaurant and a small rustic bar where you can also get generous snacks.
The pool is the highlight and even in August there were always enough sunbeds.
Estimated water temperature about 24-25° Celsius (think just below the temperature of German swimming pools of 26°)
Internet available throughout the hotel, including by the pool. TV unfortunately only small and ONLY Spanish channels, not even English language available.
Bus line almost outside the door to be able to drive to the center every 30 min for little money.
Parking ample on the road, but also private parking spaces in garage to offer for a fee.
Otherwise, nothing nice around it.
Breakfast buffet is great.
