Sad experience

How is it possible to give 3 STARS to such a squalid double room, no more than 9 sqm, dark with a window onto an air shaft, a queen-size bed with a single long pillow without nightstands or reading light, a tiny bathroom with the toilet wedged under the sink and a hand shower that seems like a joke, and then naturally without air conditioning. I will also ask for explanations from Booking.com, which offers it.

Good for the price.

Cute, old but clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm.
Of course, the wifi is useless as the signal is very weak and I could not connect.

This property is ideal to stay one night: location near bus station and city wall

We stayed here one night during travel by Galicia. I booked this property due to convenient location near central bus station and near city wall. Really this location very good, many shops and cafes around. Five minutes walk and you at the bus station. City wall and gate to old town practically side by side. There bakery Manso is located on the corner and opposite the gate.
We booked room with shower and toilet. Room very simple, non-renovated long time. But for one night - it is enough because price is budget.
Staff are different. One receptionist didn't speak English and was inattentive. She takes usual price from my card although I gave paper with booking.com discount price. When I took attention on the bill, she called her manager and quickly returned money on the card and after took money from card according my booking.
But another receptionist couple hours after was hospitable and speak in English very good.

Dreary, damp, and noisy

Someone's updated the hallways here recently, and the staff are cheerful. But the rooms are small, dark, and damp. Ours overlooked an inner air shaft where industrial machines churned, and every flush of a toilet echoed like a tsunami. The windowsills were rotting, the shower was tiny, the beds have seen better days.
The location is good and the elevator works, but that's about all that can be said for this place.
