The room was large with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area, was supervised by it size. Is located in a good area with easy access to the metro and walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants. Reception is available 24/7 which was great for those coming early or late. Ability to leave your luggage

Great location. That’s about it. Room is okay, bed is comfy. Bathroom was small and the shower wasn’t good. Wouldn’t recommend as it’s not very budget friendly either

The hotel has a great location; lots of restaurants and supermarket near it. Walking distance from Gran Vía. The staff was really nice. Just take note that the place doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it can be difficult to go upstairs.

Small but cozy, many stairs but good location in town.
The room is small but cozy. There is a desk with a chair. A full-size mirror cabinet door, inside two low shelves and at the top bar with four sturdy hangers extendable out to facilitate insertion and removal of dresses / jackets. Small bathroom but with window and a high side hanging shelving with two very capacious shelves. Near a socket that will prove to be the most convenient and useful in the house. A window also in the room, both windows have curtains and shutters and give in a small internal light well. The general light turns off from near front door as from the sides of the bed. The rooms are internal (do not give on the street) and quiet. There are in addition to the two head cushions two other comfortable square cushions.
Against. The stairs!! Normally I don't complain much about the stairs but in this case there is not even a small service elevator and I was thinking like most or all of the rooms on the rth floor. Each floor with two flights of beautiful long stairs with worn wooden steps. Head cushions a better one (got my wife) and a more deflated one worse touched me. Few electrical outlets, uncomfortable one behind the head of the bed, is reserved for bajour but still the electrical outlet when you take it off and split it broken, the sheath broken and you see the cables bent from the barrels of the head of the bed against the wall. From the bed you can go down from one side only. Shower with glass cement part and closing curtain, the curtain has mold patches.

Very well located very close to Gran Via. Staff very friendly and kind, always ready to help. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This can be an issue for some people. Room are not isolated at all. I could hear people in the rooms next to mine, in the stair case, the corridor and people walking over my head. It was not easy to fall asleep,
