Excellent for families.
Our stay at Marina Playa has been excellent. We were looking for a destination where we could rest, disconnect from the routine, and above all, a place where our two children, aged 7 and 13, could enjoy every minute of the day, and mission accomplished!! We want to thank the entire entertainment team in this regard, ESPECIALLY MARÍA (responsible for sports activities), who has proven to be a tremendous professional, dedicated at all times; in addition to conveying her joy and enthusiasm from the very first minute we met her. Our children have enjoyed being with her in all the activities, always cheerful, approachable, and affectionate with the kids, for which we are extremely grateful, and from here, we want to send her a huge hug from this Asturian family that left yesterday eager to return again.
Regarding the food, everything was phenomenal, with variety and a good quality-price ratio. The dining staff is very friendly and has nothing to add.
Regarding the cleanliness of the room in general, it was good as well. Very comfortable beds.

Excellent
Once again, we leave very happy from our stay from June 27 to 30, room 1030. Diego in charge of hospitality is a top professional you have. And María from entertainment deserves a 10. The beach has improved with the access, and having something at La Palapa is nice, except for the prices. It is very comfortable here. Oh, and the cleanliness, congratulations as well.

Good hotel for children, but too many guests.
Overall, the stay was good.
The worst part was the meal times, where you had to queue to enter, and there was only 1 hour to serve yourself and eat. I have never experienced this in any 4-star hotel; I feel used by the hotel as their poor management fell upon us due to the excess of people.

El comedor se satura en momento puntuales, debido a que la mayoría de los clientes pasan a comer sobre la misma hora. Aconsejamos a nuestro cliente que vayan a primera hora, pero entendemos que cuando se está de vacaciones, no se está pendiente del horario. Tendremos en cuenta sus sugerencias y las pasaremos al departamento encargado para que pueda hacer seguimiento al respecto. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de hospedarle nuevamente en un futuro.

Spectacular celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary at a top-notch hotel.
Excellent; I have been coming here for 21 years, and each year it gets better. We went with my children to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and both Director Marta and the reception staff were very kind. They made us an anniversary cake from the Dining Room Head Diego. I have been coming for so many years that they treat us like family, which is something to be grateful for. The food is very varied and very good, and the activities and pools improve every year. The cleanliness is excellent; it truly is a great hotel where you can enjoy everything around it, not to mention the beach bar and spa. For me, it deserves a 10.

Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay
