EXCELLENT LOCATION , ATTENTION AND SERVICES FOR GETAWAY IN SEVILLE
LOCATION - LEISURE .The property is very well located near Las Setas (just 4 min) and about 20 min from the historic center of Seville. The area is full of places to eat or dine if you didn’t feel like getting around. There is also a supermarket on the same street.
RECEPTION - ROOM. The reception is accessed by code (they send you precise instructions) there is a water dispenser , telephone charging area and an area to leave bags in case the arrival is before check-in time. The room we were assigned was very nice, spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything you would expect. There is a common terrace on the 2nd floor that for resting or taking the air between hours or climbing with a coffee is very good.
The establishment offers you a fairly complete breakfast in the morning in the room (you have to agree on delivery time - from 08:30)
PERSONAL ATTENTION. From the moment we contacted the establishment we were treated excellently well, giving us advice , suggestions and all kinds of attention to our doubts. Miriam who is the person who attended us was very well behaved and was very attentive. If you doubt an added value to this property.

Be careful with valuables. Money disappeared during stay.
The hotel itself is basic but fine. The room was clean, the location good and for a short stay it met expectations.
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience that completely overshadowed my stay. After my stay I discovered that cash had disappeared from an envelope that was in my bag in a locked suitcase in the room, as there was no safe. I informed the hotel about this without accusing anyone directly and asked if there was any possibility of investigation.
Management initially responded professionally and indicated that they would review the CCTV footage. However, I was then told that the security camera outside my room had malfunctioned exactly around the time the money was supposedly missing and had been offline for several days. As a result, no camera image of the relevant period was available. Although the hotel indicated that it had not found any suspicious activity, the lack of the footage also meant that it could not rule out what happened.
As far as I am concerned, this is a very worrying situation. I cannot prove who is responsible, but the fact remains that money has gone missing from my luggage and that the camera might have been able to clarify it during that period of time.
My advice to future guests: expect a basic but acceptable hotel, but do not leave cash or other valuables unattended in the room. Store valuables well or choose an accommodation with a reliable safe and a better security system.

Great location in the center of Seville. Hearty and balanced breakfast. Welcoming and attentive staff. Room on the roof quiet.
