The hotel is beautiful and was always very clean. The location was amazing with incredible views. You are super close to the science museum and aquarium which are a must see if you are staying in Valencia. There are three bus stops super close which take you anywhere you would want to go in city from downtown to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only small complaint I have is we were on the 9th floor and there is a rooftop bar on the 10th floor, so the weekend nights were a little noisy but not too bad. Definitely would stay here again and the price very reasonable for the location, amenities, and room.

Well appointed room. Friendly staff. Decent parking. Very comfortable bed!
I think the hotel is in a great location, the roof top bar has a wonderful view and makes great cocktails. The rooftop pool is small but has decent amount of seating and was enjoyable to lounge by.
The air conditioning worked well. Electric blackout blinds are great.
I found there was a lot of noise that carried from the hallway and through the closed windows from the neighbouring school/neighbourhood. I also found some of the room was showing wear and tear.

We loved the location, and the hotel was overall great - the breakfast is fantastic! The only complaint was the elevators; there are only three, and only two are working at any given time. One is specifically for freight. With that said, I would definitey stay there again.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and Alejandra and Paula went above and beyond when we had a problem accessing the rooftop during the eclipse.. in general, they were friendly, polite, and very helpful our entire trip. We had a junior suite, the hroom was excellent extremely spacious with every amenity that you could think of. Coffee machine, dental kits, safe refrigerator, kettle, etc. the hotel and the room are modern, and well kept. Very close to the arts and science center and several eateries downstairs and along the road.
If I were returning to Valencia and wanted to stay in this part of town, I would have no hesitation staying here again

Great, however.....

Hotel is 4 star but loses credibility due to misleading gym and pool descriptions. Both are extremely small and the gym is unusable due to the lack of AC. The pool hardly fits 6 people. Beware of the clientele also as a lot of sports teams stay here and finish items on the buffet breakfast and leave sports equipment and smelly gym clothes outside of their rooms, in communal spaces which makes the corridors stink. The hotel staff don't enforce any policy about leaving personal items in communal spaces
