Charming

Great location with a great host. If you are looking for a quiet place with the very best of moravsky kras charm you schall choose the place. Walking distance to all altractions in this region. Great atmosphere.

Awful customer service

I did not stay at this property, so I cannot comment on the accommodation itself.
My review relates solely to my experience before arrival.
After making my reservation through Booking.com, I was asked to transfer the full payment directly to the property’s bank account. While I understand that some properties require prepayment, I explained that I was cautious because I had previously been the victim of a genuine Booking.com phishing attempt involving a similar payment request.
I cancelled my reservation within the free cancellation period provided by Booking.com. Following my cancellation, the communication from the host became personal and unprofessional. Instead of a courteous response, I received messages describing me as a “problematic guest”, accusing me of lying and making other personal remarks.
Everyone has the right to cancel a reservation within the agreed terms. Customers should also be able to ask reasonable questions about payment without being insulted.
For that reason, I decided not to stay at this property.

No bomb.

The guesthouse is in a great location. The shock was that some rooms have bunk beds and you won't find out about it anywhere. If we didn't have a few younger participants, then we did a dance. Also, the opener could have been longer when the guesthouse is full.

Good for visiting Moravsky Kras

We stayed in Penzion Macocha for one night. Location is great, exactly 1,5km from Skalni Mlyn, bus stop in the front of the house. Quite, nice place. The interior of the apartment is basic, but functional, with terace and parking place. For one night or weekend - very good.

katastrofa, neodporúčam

Ubytovanie nezodpovedá trom hviezdičkám ubytovania a už vôbec nie cene, ktorú si majiteľ pýta. Do malého priestoru dokáže ubytovať 4 rodiny s deťmi. Všetky priestory sú veľmi malé, nezodpovedajú štandardu ubytovania, zošité plachty, nie všetky svetlá svietia, voda je nepitná. Za noc si pýtal 130,- eur, ubytovanie v troch mini izbách, kde sa nedá kráčať. Peniaze si pýtal na ruku, bez ubytovacej knihy, knihu, do ktorej zapisuje je len na oko. Nemá ubytovanie ani schválené štátnymi orgánmi, inak by nebolo možné takéto ubytovanie za takú nehoráznu cenu. Nemá ani schválený prevádzkový poriadok ubytovania. A mnohé ďalšie nedostatky. Bolo by vhodné zavolať hygienikov, aby ostatní neboli klamaní a podvádzaní.
