Very good for overnight stay while traveling

I highly recommend this guesthouse. Its location near the highway is ideal for traveling from northern to southern Europe, in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise. While it's far from the center of Brno, if you want to get there, you should consider that. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially the owner's mother and himself. The rooms are clean and spacious; mine had air conditioning, free, fast Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Breakfast was adequate; everything was fresh and tasty, although the selection wasn't extensive. Free parking is available in the guesthouse's courtyard. It's important to remember that this is a B&B and there's no restaurant on site, so dinner is your own responsibility. There's a communal kitchen and a vending machine with drinks (including beer) and snacks. You can also make coffee or tea. In my opinion, it's a great place to stay.

A base Hostel with fake positive reviews, most likely purchased.

They're crooks! They on the ground floor have no air conditioning in their rooms at all, and in order not to be without customers during the summer heat wave, they deliberately submit to booking.com false information about the availability of air conditioning in their rooms. And when a customer arrives with a pre-paid reservation that specifically states the availability of air conditioning in the room (Xatati, the only reason for this “hotel” reservation), they become rude and invite guests to cancel the pre-paid and non-refundable Reservation, leaving the money with them. And no hint of apology, no attempt to resolve the matter, no offer of refund and no help booking another hotel, as any self-respecting hotel would do. I think that positive reviews they either write themselves, buy or receive from those who are given the numbers of cheated booking.com customers - I have no other explanation for this phenomenon.

Modern and Quiet

This pension is conveniently located on the south side of Brno in a small quiet town.
There's easy access to the highways but it's far enough away to be quiet.
We had a lovely large room (#6) with a couch and two chairs. Their was a small entry way which helped to reduce noise from the hallway (always a plus for light sleepers like me).
The bathroom was modern with ample space to move around in. The breakfast was hearty with options for eggs anyway you liked. The host was bubbly, friendly and personable. She was so nice I'd give an extra star for that if they hadn't earned them in other ways.

Penzion

Penzion se nachází na klidném místě na kraji Brna. Pokoje jsou čisté. Na patře je kuchyňka kde je možné si uvařit čaj, případně ohřát jídlo v mikrovlnce. Je zde také automat na pití. Snídaně dostačující a milá paní majitelka. Určitě doporučuji.

Vse v naprostem poradku, velke pokoje, vse ciste, vyborna snidane, kuchynka, parkovani. Klidne znovu. Automat na piti. Detska hriste nedaleko. Pizza nedaleko. Brno blizko vcetne autobusu do centra. Nakupni centrum blizko.
