A good family hotel, but there might be issues with check-in
We bought a tour from fun&sun two months ago.
Upon arrival on 04.08.2026, the hotel Smart Hane Sun 5* refused to check us in due to no availability. We were assigned a room in a hotel below the category of Side Aquamarin Resort & Spa 4* for two days.
In the end, on 05/08, they called from Smart Hane Sun on the voucher support phone, and everything was resolved. The tour operator did not provide information to Russia that there are no rooms. We were immediately given a room number in Smart Hane Sun.
There were no more complaints about the hotel. I'm taking down the star in the review for the first 24 hours.
The food is delicious, a huge selection of dishes. The hotel is clean, small. Many children. Good children's club Toucan and children's animation. The bus to the beach and back ran frequently, you didn't wait more than 5 minutes. You can walk to the sea.
The room was with a balcony near the reception. Wi-Fi worked in the room. It wasn't noisy. The massage at the SPA is excellent.
You can walk to Migros and the pharmacy. There is also a pharmacy in the market.
To get to Novamall, you can take bus 4 Side (to the ring near McDonald's and Waikiki), then transfer to bus 1 Novamall. Back to the ring on bus 1, change to the one opposite Burger King on 4 Colakli (Cholakly).
You can walk along the beach to the turtle bridge. Went in the morning.

Nice family vacation.
We rested in this hotel on 31.07-10.08.2026. Me, husband and children (3.5 years, 11 years)
The hotel loved it. The staff are friendly and responsive. There are always Russian-speaking receptionists. All the questions were quick.
The food is delicious and varied. In addition to the main meals in the hotel restaurant, there are food areas operating on schedule.(Ice cream, fast food and vegetables, donuts, sweets). I liked the children's room inside the restaurant, there's a children's menu and a cartoon TV. There's a cafe with food on the beach, too. Freshly squeezed orange juice can be purchased for 3 euros during breakfast in the restaurant. Drinks are plentiful and for all tastes: water, coffee, tea, soda, peppers, juices, cocktails, all free.
Special thanks to the hotel ANIMATOR TEAM (Hugo, Melo, Georgia, Daria)! The kids try to have interesting leisure activities: yoga, aquagimnastics, darts, volleyball. It all starts with a hotel dance, and by the end of the trip I'd learned it.
There were various leisure activities during the day, a foam disco, trampolines in the pool, a show programme. It's something we visited when we weren't at sea. In the evening constant entertainment, visited only a couple of times, as the daughter left at 9.00 p.m. to bed. Remembered Turkish evening with Oriental dancing, Sat took place. Animation has the day off.
Thank you very much to the ANIMATORS FROM THE CHILDREN'S TOUCAN CLUB! The girls Asya, Aziz, Botha - the son loved them so much he didn't want to leave! The club has daily workshops, games, aquagrim. The baby is always in care. And in the evening, a mini-disco! Fun all day.
There's a small library in the hotel, but there are adult-only books! My daughter wanted to see it, and we ended up there for a little while.
Went to see the turtles at Turtle Bridge. (If you look at the sea, you walk down the alley to the left for 10 minutes) The turtles are big, interesting to see.
The hotel has a hair salon owned by Camila. She's a Russian speaker. Made myself pigtails there - 25 euros. It turned out nice, holding up well.
The room was cleaned daily, as I cleaned the soap floor myself and dusted. I brought some cleaning supplies. The cleaner stopped by the 4th day after we arrived, I stayed in the room that day to rest, she never tried to come in again. We changed the towels from the room ourselves - we asked the cleaner to replace them.
The hotel itself and the grounds are cleaned all the time.
We left with sadness, wish the hotel and its team growth and prosperity! Thank you for your wonderful holiday!

Beautiful hotel
It's a beautiful hotel! Read the reviews, prepared for the worst, in fact there were no negatives at all, probably because we are not picky tourists.
We always put up a "do not disturb" sign right away, so I don't know about the quality of the cleaning. When necessary, I caught the cleaner in the hallway and asked for replenishment of water, change of towels, etc. - everyone did at once, at the reception as quickly solved any issues at all, for example when checking in immediately asked to replace the mattress on the doped sleeping place, immediately came the cleaner and replaced the whole bed with the mattress. Conday was dripping, of course, and spitting ice, it didn't generally interfere, the main thing was he was working, without him, it wouldn't be real to survive in this heat.
The food is plentiful, quite delicious, again, we weren't expecting shrimp and marble meat, so there was no disappointment.
The sea is beautiful, first bathed in a hot sea that barely cools, but it is the cost of August. The beach is clean, the sunbeds are always there (it's a mystery to me, I've never been on holiday where the beaches aren't packed in the morning)
wifi in the room caught great, i.e. we lived near the reception, from conversations realized that not everyone was so lucky, on the beach does not catch, because of the remoteness of the bar, but the issue was solved easily, bought for 5 euros wifi from the guys that sell on the beach for cocktails.
The staff is executive, polite not intrusive everywhere. I didn't see any bad or biased attitudes, there were other hotels that gave foreigners special treatment, there were a lot of them here, but I didn't notice any separation.
From the cons I can point out not the convenient location of the bar on the beach (maybe plus, although there was a problem going for drinks, but it was lazy to go for snacks), just as it is not convenient to return on foot from the beach, because the road is a little uphill, in the heat it is hard of course, and for me was not conveniently organized snacks, after breakfast at 7:30-8:00 and until lunch at 12:30, it is 5 hours, it would be nice to organize a snack, but it starts at 11.30, and the point is if in an hour lunch. Also from 11:30 to 15:30, Doner and Ghezleme snacks were taken at the hotel, again during the main lunch period. It's also unclear how the craft beer bar worked, it was reported from 3 to 11 p.m., in fact the bartender was rarely there and there were no snacks in the evening and the lights were not on. It wasn't very interesting to find out, but in fact, he wasn't working his schedule. Also among the downsides I can refer to the location of the hotel itself, it is kind of on the edge of tourist life, when we went to look for Waikiki, it turned out that literally after 1.5 km starts all the traffic and evening shopping, by the way Waikiki, although not large, was 2.5 km from the hotel about.
Who is interested, with payment no difficulty, everywhere connect to their wifi and give kuar code to pay directly from the online bank. In Waikiki payment in cash in lira or union drink card, in Migros payment in cash or visa cards, master card.
On the whole the hotel is beautiful and the rest went wonderful, we will definitely come back here again.

We came to clean the hotel.
We've been coming here for 3 years, but I think we came to clean this year :)
We have happily stayed at this hotel for the past three years, but unfortunately, we left this year with great disappointment.
Our room hadn't been cleaned at all on the second day. We informed reception, and a gentleman from another staff member came and cleaned the room; I cleaned the toilet and bathroom myself. In the end, we felt like we were there for a shift, not on vacation.
When I asked Ms. Ferda, "Could you clean our room?", she replied, "I'll clean it when the cleaning of the rooms that have just been vacated is finished." She even said, "Have you left? I'll clean the room." on the day of departure. So apparently the best time for our room to be cleaned was after we checked out of the hotel.
Afterwards, despite finding papers in the room, uncollected toilet trash, and an uncleaned area under the bed, she said, "I cleaned it." When I mentioned it, the response I got was, "I can't do that much work." Honestly, we didn't ask for that much, we just wanted room cleaning.
When we asked for a bedsheet change because our son had wet the bed, we were told, "I changed them yesterday," and they left the sheet there, leaving the rest to us.
For five days, no regular water or bathing supplies were left in the room. At 1:00 AM, our child had to go to the reception to get some water. The room's telephone had also been removed and taken away.
Let's give credit where credit is due: The Head of Cleaning, Ms. Emine, was extremely attentive and helpful. We were also very pleased with the other staff members, especially the animation team. We probably would have left the hotel on the second day if it weren't for them.
Unfortunately, due to Ms. Ferda's approach to service, we are leaving this hotel, which we have loved coming to for the past 3 years, wondering "Will we ever come again?".
We came here to vacation, not to clean. :)

Sunny Hotel
Recently returned from Fang San Hotel 5* .
The hotel really liked it. Polite staff at reception. There are Russian-speaking administrators.
There's always cool detox water with lemon and mint and juice in the lobby, apples, oranges, cookies.
Large restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes. Despite the large number of guests, there were no queues.
There were always dishes of poultry, meat and fish, many different salads, appetizers, sweets, fruit. There's very little food for vegetarians. But there's always a diet menu.
I particularly enjoyed the massage. Check-in is at 14:00, but if you arrive earlier, you will be sent to the -2nd floor, where sauna, towels and massage are provided, you can change in the changing room, which is very convenient.
You'll also be met there by Mustafa's massage parlor manager.
15 min free trial massage.
We tried it. Even my husband liked it. Massage therapists Fazil and Chiara have accurately identified my husband's and my problems. I attended seven sessions of 60 minutes, spouse five sessions of an hour and a half.
They do their job with great quality. My legs got smaller-- they dispersed the lymph in my hips, my husband stopped bothering with the pain in my legs.
Very much liked the beach: gentle entrance to the sea, shallow water - very convenient if you are with children. There were always free sunbeds. 10 minutes to the beach in a leisurely step or 3 minutes by minibus. The driver is very tremulous about his work: very quickly continuously drives guests back and forth. Even if there's only 2 guests on the bus, it doesn't wait to be filled, it carries as much as it does.
Towels are free.
There's a slight downside: cleaning the room at 2 p.m., when my kid and I were relaxing in the afternoon, and a couple of times in 10 nights we didn't clean at all. You don't know when towels are changed until you throw them on the floor in a corner. The bed linen wasn't changed for six days until she asked for it at the reception.
