The staff was great and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. However, the physical structure seemed a little tired. The room refrigerator was less than basic and was reported to staff.

Clean the rooms PLEASE

Water in the shower would not drain. Had large bugs in the bathroom, and the amount of dust on the vent in the bathroom was so nasty

Dear Joy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. A slow-draining shower, insects in the bathroom, and excessive dust are not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the condition of your room. Providing a clean, comfortable environment is one of our highest priorities, and we're disappointed that we fell short during your visit.
Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be addressed promptly and thoroughly. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention.

Had signs up that there was no breakfast until Thursday food order. You should never run out of food if you are offering it.

My biggest concern was the mold in the rubber folds of the fridge. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights at the Evetgreen Inn in Bismarck. It was OK, but a disappointing stay. The room was not very well maintained. There was a vent in the shower in the bathroom that was very dirty. There were scratches all over the inside door of the bathroom where it appears another guest had left their dog locked in
There was a big gash/scratch on the bottom of the table where the microwave and refrigerator were located. There was no coffee maker in the room and coffee was only available in the breakfast room during breakfast hours. There were no tables or chairs in the lobby so there was no place to sit other than your room or the breakfast room during open breakfast hours. The tried to add a nice touch with cucumber water and chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby, but cookies were awful. The breakfast was adequate, but they had no scrambled eggs or any eggs the second day just some potatoes and processed ham slices. The towels were inadequate for the two day stay and they only offer housekeeping every third day unless requested. The staff was very personable and helpful. Parking is goid and location is good with easy access
It was not bad, but very disappointing. We will not stay there again.
