This is our fav place to stay when visiting Burlington. Rooms are clean and right sized. Breakfast is hot and convenient.
Easy and fast access to the city.

No WiFi, but apparently good pest control?

Although Marriott members, we don't often choose Courtyards, but this one was convenient at the end of the day. Oddly, it is poorly sign posted and we would have missed it from the interstate without Googles help. Assigned an upstairs room with one of the few balconies we were glad there is an elevator. There is also a fitness room and indoor pool, both of which I visited. The issues started when we were unable to get access to the WiFi on our phones or computers. As members this seemed odd at best, I was finally able to get assistance from the front desk and accessed a WiFi link (Not the Marriott's) but this was to say the least, inconvenient. Then we discovered that the AC unit was covered by a cloth blind, even though there was no window above the AC unit. The AC kept the curtain cool but was otherwise ineffecitive and a serious decorating design flaw. On the light on the balcony had no off switch although it had a bird excluder and apparently burn all night to keep the balcony safe? Finally while packing to leave we discovered that poison bait boxes were bing used (for rodent control?) and that a pest control, specialist visited them weekly. We will not be back.

The facilities were okay, as was the pool. They had a microwave that we were able to use. It was right off the highway, not too far from Burlington. My only complaint was our toilet became clogged at 8pm.. After finally getting a plunger that WE had to use ( unsuccessfully ) - their maintenance guy couldn’t come until morning….:(! we were allowed to use the facilities on the first floor, while on the third floor, for the night. Upon trying to solve the problem ourselves, I was finally able to get it to work at 11. Needless to say, we as seniors, felt a little stranded to solve this problem on our own! Not thrilled that help never came…. After contacting management, we got an ‘I’m sorry.” Definitely wont’t return!

It was disappointing that breakfast was not included. The AC woke us up making a clunking noise that eventually went away. Otherwise, it was a very nice room.

I don't know why we were given a handicapped room ( I do not think I requested one, if I did, it was by mistake) but anyway the shower in that room floods the bathroom when you use the shower.
Also we got to breakfast by 9:05 and there wereno plates and no eggs. We mentioned ti server and she said, if I knew you were coming , I would have saved some. Another family came down and complained and the front desk came back and told the kitchen to make some.
