Convenient location to airport.
Efficient shuttle service to/from hotel to airport
They advertise warm cookies are waiting for you, however this stay nor the recent previous stay there were no warm cookies. Free bottle of water however.

Think Again

The rooms are ridiculously overpriced for the crappy cramped space given. Holes in the walls and ceiling. No space to walk thru by yourself, let alone carrying luggage. Crumbs in furniture. Blood stains on the wall. Just disgusting for such a gouging price in a town that isn't offering anything of great value.

We understand how disappointing it is when the room doesn't feel like a good value, especially when space and overall condition impact your comfort. Stay was amazing. Beautiful hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are gorgeous, beds comfortable. Restaurant and bar were wonderful. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Hotel shuttle to airport and anywhere within 5 miles!

The bathroom specifically in our room on the 7th floor needed some refreshing terribly. Rust could be easily seen seeping through the grout in the shower and surrounding areas. Other than that, the room was perfectly fine
Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly

We were traveling with my parents and had two rooms. We called first to inquire about checking in early and were told the rooms might be available, so we stopped to check before going to a family event. It was about 2 pm. My parents' room with two queen beds was ready, and our room with a king bed wasn't ready yet (said about an hour wait). It was no big deal, so we just put our stuff in my parents' room and left for the event. When we returned that evening and checked in about 9 pm, everything seemed fine, but when we got to our room it had 2 queen beds. I went back down to the front desk to inquire and switch to the king room that we had reserved and paid for already but was told that there were no king rooms left. There was no manager to speak to and nothing he could do. The hotel staff switched our room without even a call or email about it. Very disappointing and not very professional.
