Despite being further from Stockholm than we intended, this was an excellent place to stay. The staff is really wonderful! They were very welcoming and gracious.
We had a "compact" room, but it was comfortable with a comfortable bed.
The only "drawback" is there is not a lot around there. There is a shopping mall in the distance that is not really walkable or has good transport to it, but we were not there to shop! However, they have a very good restaurant on site.
Their restaurant serves excellent dinners. Basically a fine dining experience. They have an incredible breakfast buffet as well that is included!
Although we did not make use the additional amenities, they have Spa services available and a pool on site, and bike rentals close by.
It was very easy to get to and from Stockholm on the regional train; the stop is a 5 minute walk away. The have a large parking lot if you have a car.

Hotel staff were very helpfull anf friendly. Good selection of breakfast. Hotel is close to the Metro and train station. They have shuffle board and table tennis and the lobby was nice.
We had a connecting room. One room was renovated resently, but the other room was not so the shower floor was a bit scary to take a shower in it, as the tiles was very loose and the shower floor was soft. If we had small children, they would probably cut their toes on the loose tiles. Our teenagers decided to not to use the shower because of the shower floor. We tried to put towels on the floor, but it felt like the floor was soft and it was uncomfortable for us to use the shower as it was.
It would also have been a better review if the entrance to the spa was free for guest staying at the hotel. For 4 people it is too expensive just to pay fot the entrance to the spa.

Mediocre

Breakfast was well cooked and tasty, but quite limited. The spa was limited, the sauna was broken, the pool full of kids jumping the bomb and the only Jacuzzi overcrowded. Clean and nice, but did not live up to expectations.

Family hotel

A nice and familiar hotel. The highlight was the restaurant visit! Good food and very nice service. SPA department gets 3/5.
A small minus was that matos found their way into the bedroom when they fried food.

Surprised lovely!

Many thanks for the nice reception and a very nice service, it was noticeable that the staff enjoy their job and that energy spreads! In all its simplicity but also that little extra, nothing more you need! Ps: Osman, you are a star!! Thank you <3
