Dining out and served by ruby and Devansh with supreme style and care to our every comfort

Not amazing

Not amazing. View is reasonable given they were using the alternative runway but not worth the executive lounge expense.
We checked in 2 hours early and charged $80 seems a bit excessive.
Breakfast fairly standard and nothing to write home about. Canapes very odd and small with no ability to order more outside of the dining bar snacks menu.
Overall pretty disappointing, a couple of the staff were fantastic but the expense perhaps not worth it.

Very convenient hotel to stay near the airport ❤️

I had to stay overnight while transiting through Brisbane. It was about 5 minutes drive from the airport - or cab walk from the domestic airport. It was very clean, efficient and friendly staff. If you want a convenient an and accessible place to stay by th airport, Pullman Hotel is the place to be.

Went to the Pullman Hotel in Brisbane and had excellent service at the bar from Ruby. She was understanding, patient and friendly. If you’re served by her then you’re a lucky customer! :)

The Pullman Hotel gets a big fat FAIL from us

Despite making a point of it in my on-line reservation, no airport transfer was available to get us from the Brisbane international airport to the Pullman Hotel at Brisbane domestic airport. We had just flown in from Europe, a long multi-sector flight with many bags. When the expected pickup was not there to meet us, we called and were told to take a taxi. This is not the service we expect from a 5 star Airport Hotel. Isn’t that a core business service of an airport hotel? There are shuttles to the Domestic airport but they cease before checkout time! What the…!
There was no feeling of “Welcome!” as we schlepped our cases up the ramp and inside. It embarrasses me to think of our international guests who pay the high rates of The Pullman believing they will therefore be treated with some level of service and respect but are instead treated with complete disdain. Australia has a long way to go before it has a hope of matching and competing with the rest of the world in tourism experiences. A big fat FAIL, Pullman. A couple of disgusted and very unhappy customers.

Having reviewed your reservation, we can confirm no request for an airport transfer or additional note was received by the hotel although. Although this may have been noted with the agent you booked through we regret any misunderstanding around the transfer arrangements and appreciate how frustrating this would have been after such a long journey.
While we can see that our Concierge team did welcome you and assist with check-in, we acknowledge that our team should have offered additional assistance with your luggage, particularly given the amount you were carrying. We sincerely apologise that this was not done.
