Good only daily

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are clean. Very nice view. Small but good pool.
High, bad and expensive menu in the restaurant. The steak was like boiled.
Breakfast at room price... 2 slices of bread...

Very bad restaurant

The place is very nice.scenary like from a movie.pools are clean and comfortable. However the restaurant is very disappointing. We waited a lot for the food and it was brought cold and greasy we had some meat and calamari also the salad was not fresh. Dont recomend to eat there especially for the expencive prices is not worth it

amazing place but not to eat.food cold oily and overpriced

The nature around and views are amazing also the pool indoor and outdoor is great our kids love it .however the food is bad we come there for a day stay even we would love to stay in a hotel but with kids impossible. Food was brought after 40 min cold chewy not fresh at all see food was oily and also cold.it used to be such a good restaurant but last few years is a big disappointment and we go to eat to samokov

Bad and overpriced food, fantastic view

If you wanna enter just for the restaurant - it is not possible - you have to pay 20 BGN for a car in order to seat and have lunch.
The food in the restaurant was very bad - I had frozen fish that was only half grilled with bad potatoes. Just wanna point that this is the best region in Bulgaria for potatoes so they should be fantastic! And the restaurant is located by the lake - why would they even have a frozen fish????
My husband had beef meat balls and he said they were OK but the salad that came with them was probably from the day before! The vegetables were cut long time ago and it's August- you can buy good vegetables everywhere in Bulgaria in this time of the year.
The restaurant is overpriced for this quality of food and with the most expensive parking definitely.
The waiter was friendly and fast he apologized for the bad food, he saw it, but didn't offer to change it.
Fantastic view of the lake!
I'm not going back there.

One nights stay

Fantastic views and as it is on the edge of the Dam then good for boating. Ample car parking.
Room was basic but acceptable, it was clean and the shower was very good. Comfortable bed. Staff were polite and service was efficient, the evening meal was nice, all our food arrived at the same time and it was hot. Downside, it stank of cigarette smoke, reception, dinning room where people were eating, the bedroom did not smell. Breakfast was very limited as part of the b&b package.
