Dream stay
A hotel with a view of the Pyramids; saying it is impressive is an understatement. Waking up and having breakfast with this view is truly a dream come true!
The staff is really very welcoming; they made our stay not only very pleasant but also safe, always attentive to every detail. To name a few of them: Islam Hassan, Mona, and Islam, the driver.

The breakfast was wonderful I give it 100% in everything I’m definitely coming back great place great time and the Pyramids view the best I see the sunrise beautiful

The hotel have a view to the Pyramids but is the only good thing it have.
The area if not safe and walkable, the staff is friendly but as most people in Egypt they will try to take advantage, people overprice everything over there because they are looking for comisión .
If coming to Cairo is best to take Ube (never regular always confort) and do not take experience from the hotel is best to purchase from Expedia directly.

Best view of the Pyramids
The view is absolutely breathtaking. You wake up to the pyramids, and you go to bed with the pyramids right in front of you — it truly feels as if you are staying on the pyramids themselves. This is undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest advantage.
The rooms are large, spacious, and very clean, with reliable hot water and all the necessary comforts. However, what impressed me the most was the genuine politeness of the staff. Everyone is welcoming, warm, and always smiling, creating a truly pleasant and authentic atmosphere.
Overall, I would definitely consider this hotel excellent value for money.

the 1st room i was given was NOT the room i booked. i reserved an Elite Room with Jacuzzi and Pyramids View. the one they gave me had neither - it was the smallest and cheapest room they had. i did not accept. luckily i had a picture of my booking and threatened to leave. "Magically" someone had left early that day. their room was being cleaned; it was similar to the one i had booked. i accepted it based on their promise to move me into the proper room the following day. as far as i'm concerned, they should have or ought to have declined my reservation because they knew well in advance ( booked mid January for possession mid Feb ) that they had NO room available at check-in. the 2nd room had a view and a jacuzzi ( which had a back panel missing and the front was detached from the top ). not very enticing to look at nor use. the electrical sockets were missing covers and were wobbly - didn't use because i was afraid of electrocution. in any event, i was moved into the proper paid for accommodation the next day. there was an issue with the curtains. i was told that someone would repair them the next day. i used some chairs and fixed them. 2 days passed but no one came. the staff was eager to help but follow thru was lacking. on 2 consecutive days i had to ask for towels because either housekeeping forgot to replace them or had none available at the time they cleaned up. the hotel is located fairly close to the GEM and pyramid complex but it also abuts 2 major busy and noisy str
