La Casa Beach Hurghada a word great.

Been here another month it was top apartment clean, well cared for , everything there is towels cleaning apartment when you want , the pool bar well cared for delicious menu normal prices , pool neat clean very well cared for , beach good , la casa beach really recommended supermarket next to it located also top 6 minutes walk you stand on the sheraton hurghada , really had a top holiday thanks to la casa beach and all the good and friendly staff a word great .

Very very bad reception service

The place is super nice and the people working inside are super nice only one thing when you go inside you will feel like you are in a prison and there is a police officer working at the reception which I don't know his name and btw he is not Egyptian I think he is Russia or I don't know
He is super rude really very very rude he maybe need to work in the back area not at the reception was so annoying for us he have his own rule and he allowed what he want and what he don't want he never allowed
I don't understand how come I should eat nuts or some snack at the beach or at the pool if they don't sale it inside so I have to get it from outside but it's not allowed to even go inside with a nuts or even a chocolate or even lollipop for the kids which they don't offer it inside they offer only food and drinks and they don't offer any thing sweet or any snacks they really have to look after this gay who is acting like he is the owner of the world and there is supposed to be a manger there to look after them

Beautiful quiet

Very nice hotel a mini apartment with all balcony overlooking the red sea pool and private beach difficult to find in scavenged your administrator attended us very well good food take you all where you are quiet without noise thank you very much I went with my husband from Colombia
