Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay at Maison Lamartine for a long weekend break in Nice for myself and my two sons. The staff are lovely and super helpful and our apartment very clean and spacious and the air conditioning a saviour in the heat. Breakfast is traditionally french but plentiful. We found the location great, quiet with an easy 10 minute walk to the beach/old town (or the tram runs from just round the corner) but also 5 minutes to the train station to easily explore the surrounding area. We would definitely stay again.

The magnificent Nice
It is with immense pleasure that I review La Martine ..a splendid property with a truly unique charm ..the environment is very friendly and helpful ..being a clean freak as I am ..I found everything very clean and with a very good scent ..absolute peace but in the center of everything ..I had made a small request and they very kindly immediately went out of their way to fulfill it ..thanks to everyone for the excellent work you do ..top welcome and stay ..excellent ..keep it up

Lovely spot in the heart of Nice
Maison Lemartine is the perfect base in SoF - 10 min walk away from Nice Ville Train Station and 20 mins from the beach. The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful with everything - nothing is too much. They’re really the best part of this hotel and they do everything to improve your stay.
The rooms are basic but good, and most importantly, the AC runs very cold! Our shower didn’t drain very well which was the only negative part of our stay. The breakfast is also delicious with fresh, local ingredients.

Amazing property, perfect for families or couples
I cannot say enough good things about this property. We stayed a week with our 2 children (6 & 8) and it worked out great. There’s a game room the kids loved, the balcony was so picturesque in the room. The bed was so comfy. Having the space was very helpful with the kids and the kitchen was great. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful. They provided us with beach towels and an umbrella for the beach, provided recommendations etc. The breakfast was delicious. The location was a block off the main street and like an 8 min walk to the train we used daily to beach hop/explore which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again someday.

Charming and understated elegance
This is a charming hotel within walking distance of the train station and lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff (especially Noemie) are genuinely lovely and helpful and want to do anything they can to make your stay fantastic. Our room was very comfortable and roomy with a window looking down onto the garden. Shutters could be lowered over the windows to keep out the light at night if needed and the heat of the day. The garden breakfast area was lovely and breakfast was delicious. The tram operated on the next street and it was easy to get a ticket to travel to the old town, or walk if you had a level of fitness and good shoes. The hotel rooms were very clean and had a very good air conditioner during the France heatwave.
