Pleasant stay and exceptional hospitality!
Our stay was truly very pleasant. The hotel is small but well-managed, extremely clean, and located in an excellent position for getting around.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Ahmed at the reception, who distinguished himself for his extreme kindness, helpfulness, and attention toward us. Throughout the entire stay, he was always friendly and ready to help us with any need, making us feel welcomed and looked after with great professionalism.
We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and the way he took an interest in making our stay as pleasant as possible. An exquisite person who certainly contributed to making our experience even more positive. We highly recommend it!

Eight nights stay
I decided to stay in a different location in Paris this time, very close to Gare du Nord. The hotel was small with a small lift. My room had issues with the bath sink not holding water, this was a problem when I wanted to shave. I told reception and eventually I was offered a different room.
The other room had a wall right behind of the window, so no light was coming in, it was during the heatwave, so the days were very bright. I informed reception of this issue and again I moved to a superior room this time which was very bright and spacious. Plug and charging sockets could be better placed
Breakfast was "ok" the lady seemed stingy with cooking the sausages, and I often had to ask her to make some because there were none left.
Vibe was calm and nothing special.

Excellent
A hotel with all the amenities. 20-30 minutes from the monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, Orsay, Tuileries, Luxembourg Gardens...). Gare de l'Est station is a 5-minute walk away and you have several bus, train, and metro options.
The hotel is modern. The rooms are very comfortable. The cleanliness is very good. The breakfast is very decent and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Toufik offered to store our suitcases for us at no cost upon checkout.
The truth is that it has been a very pleasant experience, a place to return to without a doubt.

Good.
Two nights stayed at Hotel Soft with my daughter. Nice room with nice view! Lovely air conditioning after a hot day walk. Lovely bathroom, everything you need is there. Breakfast is fine! Very nice to be close to the station and metro and also sights such as Monte Marte is within walking distance. We were kindly helped by TOUFIK. Highly recommended this hotel!

Small but charming – to be recommended without hesitation!
We spent ten days there while temperatures were very high in Paris at that time. The very pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, the extremely friendly staff (especially Toufik and Ahmed who never stopped providing us with information to help us find the best route for our excursions), the delicious breakfast, and the air conditioning in the room after a long day of heat made our stay even more pleasant and successful! If we return to Paris, we will return without hesitation to this very pleasant hotel, which also benefits from numerous transport and dining options in the immediate vicinity. The Gare de l'Est is only 5 minutes away!!! We will recommend it without hesitation!
