Good stay at Dennison

Good location , good staff , clean rooms - away from hustle of city ..
spa is also good - although the floor was slightly oily (perhaps the only room i guess)
But the spa treatment was very very good - RC was excellent at her job !

Hapless in Hubli

The hotel is very pleasant and the rooms are very clean BUT the staff are sullen, unfriendly and very poorly trained.
We ordered 2 sandwiches which arrived 30 mins apart is a deserted restaurant.
The bar in the evening was atmosphereless with a very disinterested barman who overcharged us. We asked for double gin and tonics but were charged for double that! It took 30 mins at check out to resolve it. Only after I threatened to dispute the charge with the credit card company, did they refund the difference.
Breakfast was a chaotic affair, 30 mins to get a coffee after asking 3 times. I asked the person in charge why it was chaotic and he said it is because the staff don’t turn up in time!
There is zero leadership at this hotel.

Best Hotel stay

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Neat and tidy, smiling and helpful staff. The food is also very nice and tasty. I specially liked the filter coffee for breakfast.

Luxury in Hubbali

Spacious lobby, big rooms, greenery around the restaurant and a nice gym. All this made our stay really comfortable. Very courteous staff too
