Hygiene, Rate, food, Room

Hegiene was good 9/10
Rate offered was good 8/10
Food - No kitchen in hotel, only stay
Room - Room was good, and big, extra bed provided as per request.
Parking not available, you need to park outside.
Hotel situated near main road, but inside in a small lane, you need to asked local person the location.
Overall suggested only for stay, and near to city. Food you need to.manage outside.

Pleasant Stay

Very Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Very good service. Early check in was allowed, after we informed in advance. 24 hours hot water available. Only the receptionist was a bit curt, other staff was respectful and helpful. The elevator had some issues in the evening, otherwise that was fine. Walkable distance from railway station, bus stop, Palace. Safe area. Good for family stay and solo. Pocketfriendly. Restaurant next to it. good experience overall.

Nice & Impeccable budget hotel

Nice & Impeccable hotel where Devaraja Market,City Bus Stand,Mysore railway stations are nearby within 900 mts!
From City Bus Stand, we can go to chamundi hills aka chamundeshwari temple(201 bus),KRS Dam & brindavan gardens(303 bus),
shuka vana & bonsai garden & hanuman temple(205/401 bus),philomena church aka five light circle stop(178 bus).
Staffs are very good,friendly & helpful in nature and attentive as well,no language barrier.
Rooms and bathroom were clean,neat and hygiene. Privacy is there,Hot water available & Worth for Money.
Overall very nice place to check-in as well as great budget stay in the heart of Mysore city and Peaceful stay!

Actually different than what it shown on Cleartrip website

Rooms are very conjusted. They don't have facility to provide even Mosquito coil or All out. Fan buttons are not working properly. Most height is it mentioned in Cleartrip website is, that we are providing wi-fi, but Its not available in rooms, it available only at reception. Per day cost should not be more than 200-300 rupee. But I pay 800/-

Average & Bad Experience

I with my family checked in Hotel at night.Room was not ready at that time!! I was asked to wait for few minutes. Then the desk manager asked me to to accompany the room boy to see the room.
Very small room was shown to me. And they affirmed that all rooms are of same size however it was not the case.There was no towels / soaps available. We had to call to get that. Bed sheets were not done. Pillows covers were shabby, asked to change.We asked for extra cover sheets which they pretended, gone for laundry. It took us 45 minutes to settle down. We could sleep around midnight.
Rooms s well as bathrooms were small.
He charged us refundable security fee of Rs.1000/- which I have never heard of!!! however it was returned,
As breakfast was included in trip but there was no restaurant attached. They used to bring breakfast from nearby restaurant.
At last according to price charged it was not worth. Aishwarya residency near bus stand was better than this.
