Best in town in case you do not get any of the bungalows

Good hotel in Valparai , the owner and staff are super helpful , the food was good , some times there is no lunch you have to inform early .

Worst check in experience not co operating with the process

First of all we went together with our brother family to stay for first time in Valparai wintel wild resort which had booked through online
Check in was one of the worst nightmare horrible experience
Staff was not cooperative at all
Not ready to give the room which we had booked and paid for it
Then they said to take adjoining rooms but gave later opposite rooms finally
Rooms was okay but the first response when we checked in was worst
My sister also their was very much upset please don't do it again
Don't spoil the mood of the traveller especially we came long way with kids too
Managing them is very difficult

Worst Experience

The rooms are dirty and smell bad. The place is absolutely not worth the price. The walls have visible seepage, and the furniture is in awful condition. They even charge for a balcony, but the view is of an unpleasant, dungeon-like area, which completely kills the vacation atmosphere

Beware! Your valuavles may not be safe in this hotel. There is every chance that they trespass into your room and remove your va

Never leave your belongings in this hotel even if you are occupying the room and keeping key with you. They will at their will open your room without your permission and without even intimating you, using their duplicate key and remove your valuables to a no demand empty room and say sorry for the mistake. This is what they have done to me. Service is hopeless. They did not have restaurant . But still they make fake promises that food shall be served promptly, which will never happen. Even if you book for lunch in advance, you may be getting it only by 4 pm. Dinner they offer by 8pm... Which they will serve only after 9 pm. They take rent of double room, but will give one towel only. Parking facility is very very limited. Management of the hotel is lacking responsibility.

Valparai visiting experience

Hi..I stayed at Wintel wild resort for two days before three weeks through my friend's knowledge. This is the first trip after our marriage. Just a nice and humble place to visit. Room services were also very good and employees those who were supported and carried us very kindly. The food were also arranged by them at a proper time. Also they were arranged cabs for safari and site's visits too. They maintained clean and hygienic rooms. At the same time we asked about the food complementary. For that the manager named Mr. Joseph who said as "Suduthanniyum WiFi um dhaan iruku"is his reply. It was just disappointed us. Also he was a drunkard who drunken at a night time and we can't able to stay happily. We stayed in the room no 101 which was near to the reception which the man always used to disgusting us due to addiction. Thus, it's a reason for me to give two star for the rating. Otherwise it were be the best resort to stay in a good and peaceful atmosphere. Thus this kind of one or two characters were destroyed the names of the resort. So the management just carried through this kind of issues and trained them to act properly among guests.
