Three nights stay very good

I stayed here last week and i really stayed well. The room was big and cleaned and breakfast was really good. I appreciate meat and tge cakes a lot..if i return i will stay here for sure...also benni the reception was fine..

coronavirus is no problem!

My reservation coincided with a peak moment of coronavirus in Mediolan. Hotel said it is no problem and I should come.
No refund or change of date.
They were rude when replying to my emails.
Pathetic.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel was initially difficult to find as I didn’t realise it’s attached to Hotel Catalani. Personally I found the staff quite rude and not particularly friendly.
The quality of my room also wasn’t great. I had a very loud ceiling fan and another standing fan for air con - the noise of either of these made it difficult to sleep.
The toilet was in a separate room to the shower and sink so you have to change rooms to wash your hands. The description mentions a kitchenette in each room but I saw no evidence of this during my stay.
The location of this hotel is okay but the neighbourhood was quite loud at night while I was there.
The only praise I really do have is for the cleaning staff as the room was as spotless as it could be, considering most things are a bit outdated.
Overall not a great stay and I don’t think I would return here again.

Good place

Vary good place, good value for money, with good breakfast. A little bit far from the metro station (15 min by foot). Very good manager Merzietta - she helps with all your requests. Thank you very much!

Very bad experience

Stayed here for five nights at last july. Everything in the room was old and need badly for updating. There was no air condition so the room was hot as hell. Room was small and bathroom was horrible. It was really small and shower was straight from the 19th century. It didnt work propely, and temperature varies even though you didnt touch the shower. There was two days when our room wasnt cleaned at all even though it should have been cleaned every day.
You have to pay for wifi per device and the cost was per day. And it does not even work. Total waste of money.
Breakfest is not even worth of mentioning...
I wouldnt stay here ever again. I have seen better hostels than this hotel. The only good thing in this "hotel" was the lovely irish bar just behind the corner. That was worth of visiting.

Hello,
you have not stayed in our hotel and so i think you are wrong
firstly you can choose the temperature of the shower secondly our cleaner girl cleans the room EVERY DAY
we have free wifi in all the building and the password is in all the building so all people have it without money and it works in ALL THE BUILDING
SO YOU HAVE MADE A REVIEW ON ANOTHER HOTEL
