Room was great , both in size and the bed was big and comfortable . The only annoying thing was the ventilation system in the bathroom . Whenever I turned the bathroom lights on , it became super loud and the air con was pretty loud as well so I’m happy I brought earplugs to sleep . But if you’re not sensitive to noises , should be fine . Everything else was great .

STAY AWAY

Booked for 3 nights for myself and my wife, terrible experience, ended up booking another hotel for the 2nd night then only stayed there for the 3rd due to early flight the next day, terrible terrible tiny room, no tea or coffee making facilities no in room fridge, no facilities at the hotel and right in the middle of a high rise apartment council estate as rough as they come, parking does not exist and once you have spent an hour finding somewhere to park then good luck leaving a car there. A beautiful town and area the hotel is terrible. Breakfast good even though we only had one and paid for three, a 5 minute walk to the harbour area

Loved our stays at Hotel A’Mare. We stayed twice over the past couple of weeks - once arriving from Geneva and again after returning from Sestrunj and the service was fantastic both times. From reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was brilliant. And the breakfast is an absolute feast - don’t miss it!
On our second stay, Marco and Petra at reception warmly welcomed us back and really looked after us. Having travelled to 58 countries myself and my husband to 64, we’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and met a lot of hotel staff over the years — and Marco is one of those people you remember. An absolute legend. We arrived late and he was worried about whether we’d managed to get dinner; when he heard we were leaving at 5am, he immediately wanted to see what he could arrange for us to take some food with us. Just incredibly thoughtful & kind.
The hotel itself feels new, fresh and spotlessly clean, but it’s really the staff who make it. They are absolute gems and such a credit to the hotel.
If we’re back in Zadar, we’ll definitely stay at Hotel A’Mare again.

Hotel was great! Only issue we had was our bathroom smelled like sewage in the morning but did not have any noticeable back ups or leaks. Not a huge deal since we were leaving that morning, but when I told staff they were wanting to take care of the issue and look into it.
Definitely recommend staying here!
